I had recently spilled soda on my laptop and thought I had completely destroyed it. I brought it in in hopes that I could at least salvage some documents from the hard drive, but to my surprise they not only got all my data recovered but repaired the laptop as well! A fantastic relief because I wouldnt have been able to afford a replacement for my laptop for a long time! Hopefully I wont be spilling any more soda but if I ever need help again Ill definitely come back here.

Well, I have become a regular customer as my kids keep downloading viruses and/or keep braking the screen on the laptop. I am now getting a special discount - you might call it a volume discount as I am seeing these guys almost every other month. I am not happy about it but I dont know what would I do without their help. They are life savers. Fast, professional, knowledgeable and most importantly very reasonable with their prices. Its like I have my own personal IT professional, whenever I need him. Richard helped so quickly. He knew what the problem was immediately; fixed it and I was back to work within hours. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I know he works on viruses, re-installations, touchpads and even iPhones. But if something that has gone wrong sounds outside of that list? Call Richard. My old laptop was running really really slow,I had to wait 4 or even more minutes to open a simple browser ! I could not believe how many viruses they found in my system. after clean up process its running like it was new!!! thank you Jerry!! you are best!! if you have your old computer running slow or restarting this is the best place to go to !!!
