My boyfriend had a good experience with this place and recommended it to me. I brought my laptop in with a broken hinge, they gave me a free estimate and said it would take 3-5 days so I agreed. A week later I call and find out that they ordered the part from Canada so it is taking longer than expected but it was in IL so they thought it would be in the next day. I call the next day, its not there, no one knows why. I call the day after, they tell me it is stuck in customs. It ended up taking 3 weeks!!! I understand they have no control over customs but then dont order parts from Canada and say they will take 3 days! The thing was too that they would never call to let me know what was going on, I had to call every single day and they would say bogus things like "I was just looking up your order now!" They did not communicate with me until I threatened to ask for my deposit back and take it elsewhere. They refused to give me any kind of discount. Then when I picked it up, they did not give me the charging cable. I asked if they had it and they said no. I went home to make sure I didnt have it and called again, turns out they did have it so I had to make s second trip to pick it up. Needless to say we will not be recommending them anymore.

If i could I would give you a negative stars. This is the WORST experience I have EVER had! My phone is a droid maxx 2 and I had a cracked screen. It was WAY over priced. You guys cut a wire that you were NOT suppose to be by. You took out my speaker and did NOT put it in the correct spot, took out stuff that was NOT supposed to be taken out. Also you took out screws and DID NOT put them back! There was supposed to be like 10 in there and I had other people look at it and they ONLY FOUND 4!!! And the screws that were in there were magnet screws and messed up the software! And the could tell that you did NOT have the correct tools for my phone cause of how bad the screws were stripped! Also you bent my camera and when I asked you guys to fix it you fought me on it and then told me "They only thing I can do is put duck tape on it to fix it." I am now getting it fixed by a MUCH better company. I will NEVER go to your company again and I can not believe how much you messed up. I hope that people read this and know not to waste there money on a company that wont fix there device the first time!

Ubreakifix is the best!!! We had taken out iPad some where else to repair a cracked screen , they replaced the screen but their glue was horrible and lifted the screen up to cause the iPad to "ghost touch" after bringing it back to 911 repair multiple times , as they told us they had a new glue, the same thing happened!!! Needless to say we stopped wasting our time and money there. We came across ubreakifix while shopping in the Algonquin Commons and decided to give them a try. GREAT customer service, prices and repair! With a 90 day warranty you cant go wrong with these guys! Dont your time elsewhere just bring your broken things to ubreakifix!!! We will use them again in the future for sure!

We brought in My sisters iPad Mini the screen was broken really bad we were going to throw it away but we did some research online found UBREAKIFIX we walked in and asked the Edgard in the front counter if we should throw it out since the touch does not work is useless. He looked at us and said we can fix that and make it look brand new again. So we took his word and next thing you know we picked it up and the iPad look BRAND SPANKING NEW!!! I was shocked when he came up with my tablet we did not recognized the device. These guys really do Magic. #WILLBEBACKAGAIN!!

I went to CPR first to look into my lightning port on my iPhone 6 getting fixed, and the guy there didnt even look at my phone and automatically said it would be $99 to fix. I thought that was outrageous and decided to go to UBREAKIFIX. The man working at the counter looked at my port and saw that there was lint/dust built up and cleaned it out within seconds and that solved my problem! From now on, I will go there for whenever I have problems with my phone. Excellent service and very helpful staff!

Courteous and honest. There was nothing wrong with my iPad after all. After trying to charge it with 2 separate cords, I brought it in for repair. Whod of thunk both power cords were bad. Its good to know theres an honest company out there whos happy to tell you your device is fine and you just need a power cord. I can tell you not all repair shops are this honest and transparent...and of course this was all at no cost to me. Thx much Ubreakifix!

I went here to get my Iphone 5 fixed. The screen was shattered along with the home button missing. I took it in and it was good as new. It only took thirty minutes to fix the phone and the staff was very courteous. The repair also came with warranty. My Iphone 5 works as good as new and I have absolutely no problems with it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who has any broken devices!

Excellent service. They went above and beyond what I expected. They backed up everything from my phone and restored after factory reset. I had backed up most of my data earlier, but found the Gmail backup wasnt working. Lifesavers. Very customer friendly. Edgar even gave me some tips for other programs. So nice to deal with people face to face. I would highly recommend their services.

Great group at the front counter, had a delay on some parts for my phone but they handled it like professionals and although Im still waiting for my phone Id recommend them to anyone who has a cracked screen and suggest looking into purchasing one of their private label screen protectors if your screen is in good condition, itll save you some serious cash if your screen does break!

Walked into the location struggling with my device did not know how to use it i spoked to the Manager Edgard in the front counter, He was able to help me out he was quick and answered all my questions. The service is great this will be the place to come if your having trouble with your electronics!! I highly recommend it !! They also have the lowest prices!
