If I could give this place a half star I would. They maybe good with cell phones, but PLEASE do not take your laptop there for repair. I took mine in for a disc drive replacement. At the time it had a "No Boot Error". It was still under factory warranty so I was able to send it in for repair but first wanted to try my repair disc. So I took it into Cellular Citi for a disc repair ONLY. First off it took 4 1/2 weeks to have this disc drive replaced. I was first told I had other repairs ahead of me in for about 3 days, then the technician was not in, then the technician was moving from one store to the other, then they had to order the part so I needed to put a down payment on it, then it was on back order, then I was told my computer was "burned" out because of the disc drive and it was not going to be repaired. Finally it was fixed, but lucky me I was only being charged for the part and not labor. Now I see why. I sent the computer to the factory and received it back within a week. My Microsoft 8 was restored back on the computer and I was up and running never lost any programs or files. Well my daughter is an online student at JC and put in her class disc and the computer makes a noise as if it is tearing up the disc. So I try several more and they all freeze up and the sound is still there. I try to burn music cds with several different programs and they would all get to 69% and stop burning, with the same loud noise. I call Cellulr CITI and tell them about the disc drive and they say "well since you sent it back to the factory, we cant do anything and we told you that the disc drive was causing the problem with the computer from the beginning." Well Sir, if the disc drive was the problem why is it working now (Im typing this review on it now). It was a Software problem not a Hardware issue. I had the original disc drive (thank goodness they gave it back) that was taken out of the laptop place back in by another computer repair company in Pascagoula and it works just fine now. So that means there was never anything wrong with the disc drive, it just wasnt working because the computer was not booting up. So I think they should stick to cellular phones and leave the computer work to the experts. And no Im not one of your competitors I am real customer that had TERRIBLE service and you know exactly who I am... #542.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Very knowledgeable on all phones, computers, and services. I sat waiting on my screen to be fixed therefore I saw a lot of customers come in unhappy but leave satisfied. Im impressed with my services. The price was just right and my phone looks new again. They took the time to get it right. Thanks Cellular City for my repair plus honoring my Facebook contest reward plus making sure I had proper phone protection beforeI left. I recommend Cellular Citi for all your electronic needs.

Ive been to this place many times but the time I had the word experience. My phone was water damaged and was not reading the SIM card so I took it to them and it took them a week and 2 days to find a motherboard when I got my phone back the home button was not in the screen tight enough you could move the home button in circles when someone calls me it sounds like static and my camera is always blurry I think its time for me to go somewhere else.

Customer Service is still alive here! I brought my phone with a broken microphone, phone was repaired; however, it was not corrected with the first try. But the manager/owner worked with my phone until it was working again! I am happy that I do not have to get a new one- since I am not eligible for an upgrade. Pleased with CJ spending the time to repair my phone and making sure I was happy!! :)

I was reffered to cellular citi by a friend who got there phone repaired here. After checking around at some other places I decided to come here because they had the best price. When i walked in they were friendly and seem to care. They had my phone repaired and back to me in less than a hour. I recomend them to anybody looking for fast friendly, proffesional and reliable service.

I paid to have my computers repaired and was told that my pictures would be backed up. Well all my fn pictures are gone. Asked them to replace a couple of keys that were missing and they are still missing. I will never use them again. Also they are horrible and communication. Said they called both numbers I gave them yet neither phones have a missed call nor voicemail from them.

I came into cellular citi to switch to a service with unlimited everything. I couldnt believe the plan that they had. Unlimited everything for $50/mth. The employees that work there are outstanding. They are extremely nice and will help you with any question or concern you have. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great cellular phone company!

Amazing service. I took my cell phone to this business because I cracked my screen...bad. They didnt have my color and size at the Gautier store so I insisted on going to the Diberville location. My phone was like brand new in less than a hour. Thank you so much for amazing customer service.

When they dont fix your phone right, they refuse to give you a refund. So they basically steal your money. They have done that to me and two other people that I know . I will NEVER go back!! So VERY unprofessional. I would rather a hobo fix my phone next time.

Excellent service, fast repair time and unbeatable prices. I had my I-pod repaired here and it works great I would never know that it had been damaged except the screen is now an awsome green. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.
