Not professional-smart mouth employee! You should really "think" before you smart off to customers, you never know who you are talking to. Price to repair 6plus screen is $189! Apple Store charges $125;however people cant drive there, which is understandable. Their prices jumped in. 4 month period. All screens (including Apple Store) are purchased in bulks for about $20-40 each and they are makes up, which include their labor, which usually take a good 30 mins or less to complete. I know how it all works. Yeah, I know, "just business right." I asked why their prices changed so drastically and the reply was, "you dont go to a gas station and price is the same". No need for the sarcasm! My phone call wasnt asking for a handout. Yes, I gave whomever he was a dial-tone. I called Ocean Springs and got a VERY reasonable price and will have it fixed today! I will be letting all my connections know to NOT use this establishment, but OS is ta professional service and reasonable! Bamb! All for shopping and doing business local! This establishment has ruined it for phone repair.

My experiences with Bluetech has never been anything less than AMAZING! The owner is awesome, and his employees are great! Honest people, Prices are great too! If I ever have an issue with computers or phones I bring them to Bluetech without a doubt!! Words can not even begin to explain how this business should be raised up and put on a top of the top list!! Its very rare to find a business where they treat you like you were their own family. They fix YOUR computers/phones as if it was THEIR broke computers/phones, they take pride in doing the best and the best is what they do!!! THE PRICES ARE BEST TOO!!! LOVE ME SOME BLUETECH!!!!

These people will rip you off!! They will refuse you a refund even if they mess up your screen! They are rude and unprofessional. They have no knowledge of what they do ! The man who fixed my screen did not even know about the problems my phone was having. all he said was it was the phone and my problem, not his! THEY ARE SELFISH AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE !

I frequently recommend everyone who is having a computer or apple problem to go here. It is affordable; they are very knowledgable; and they are there to help not just make money.
