I would highly recommend anyone with a phone problem to go to in and out smart repair . I was highly impressed with the care and quickness this business had with fixing my phone ! I went into the store a couple days ago with a cracked iPhone 6 screen , my phone company was wanting to charge like 50$ more than in and out did , and along with it , was going to have to send the phone off and not get it back for a week , I called in and out and they scheduled me a appointment and told me it would be same day and I could watch them as well so no funny business would go on , they were very professional when I called , hunter was the one who fixed my phone , he genuinely cared to have my phone fixed and was very friendly , he even stayed a little later just to make sure my phone was fixed just right ! Im very happy to say my phone is completely fixed and got it right back the same day ! Thanks so much hunter for everything you did and for being so great !

I went to In & out smart repair after a week of not having a phone bc mine was broken. It took me that long bc I was completely scared to hear how much it would cost to fix. When I arrived Mr. Hunter was so welcoming and immediately noticed that my phone simply required the use of an OEM charger. As a result my visit did not cost me a single dime. I also felt kind of dumb but Hunter made me feel a lot better about it a assured me that it was a mistake that many people wouldve made. I was so pleased with the service I received that I picked up some accessories and had Hunter fix another phone of mine that was broken bc I really felt that I could not leave without giving this place my business. Thank you so much, Hunter! You were so friendly and knowledgeable that I will never go anywhere else for my repair needs. Also, he fixed my other phone in minutes and it was very very affordable. No doubt a five star experience. Thank you!

Hunter was very polite and very honest. I thought my screen was cracked on my iphone and it was only the screen protector that was cracked. He couldve taken it out back and told me it was the screen that was cracked and charged me a lot of money, but he was honest and told me it was just my screen protector and saved me almost a hundred dollars. I would recommend to anybody and everybody. Plus my new screen protector has a life time warranty.

I have used In and Out repair before, lowest prices around, fast repair time, and customer service is off the charts. The first time I brought a phone in for a screen replacement they had my phone back to me in a couple of hours. . I recently brought my phone in for a charging port repair and it ended up being some sand and lint in the charging port. They had it fixed in seconds!!! They have my phone repair business for life!

Called in and was given one price, along with being told previous customers get a return discount. Showed up, was given a higher price then the day before and when asked about the return customer discount I was told that the higher price included the discount but only after I would let him see the receipt from before. Shady shady shady business practices. We will bring our business elsewhere.

In & Out were extremely helpful to me! I went in for a part for my tablet and after several search attempts he couldnt find the part but he did everything he could to try and help me find it. He called several other businesses to see if they had the part as well. I really appreciate all his help and we will definitely use In & Out for our future repairs.

I called asking about a problem with my laptop. I spoke with Hunter. He took the time to explain the problem and suggested i purchase a $40 part at Best Buy to correct the issue. He could have easily had me bring it in and charged me more than twice that much to fix it. I appreciate the integrity it took to turn down the job. Thanks Hunter!

BEWARE!!! Do not use these crooks. They will not honor their warranties. They are nice until they take your money and then are very dishonest about their work. Maybe thats why Hunter has to write a review because he is employed there!!! I recommend cellular citi if you are looking for a honest company!
