Youre finally on your weekend getaway, wine in one hand and fishing pole in the other, when you drop your phone. You pause. You hold onto fear that THIS might be the time your phone cracks. You lean over to pick it up, reassuring yourself that you barely dropped it and that surely this wouldnt happen when youre off work and relaxing...until you find that the screen of your phone is SHATTERED. Unrecognizable from its past reality, your texts, emails, and pictures are now barely legible. The thought of going to the apple store has you wondering just how much $$$$ they will charge you to fix it, how many hours you will wait in line, when the last time you backed up your phone to iCloud, and how this will effect your upgrade status (insert jaws theme music here). Youre hopeful your phone can hold on for a few more days to avoid the impending doom so you can relax. You carry on as normal, pretending everything is fine, but then try using your phone only to have microscopic chips of glass scrape the outside of your fingertips...and that is the breaking point that forces you to turn to google for other options. Unfortunately, this was my reality, but thankfully Brooks and the Broken Gadget came to the rescue. 20 minutes in the store for repair for a very reasonable price yielded me a clean, sleek iPhone with a perfectly replaced screen AND protective coating. I HIGHLY recommend the Broken Gadget as I found them to be trustworthy, quick, and fairly priced.

We lost the ability to boot up our MacBook Pro laptop computer one evening when power to the house failed during an upgrade of the operating system. After trying several online suggestions for restoring the computer, and failing, we found The Broken Gadget in Ocean Springs and decided to give them a try. We dropped the computer off one day and they called the next day to say it was fixed. They were able to install the latest operating system and also included a malware program. Cost for the repair was $165, with $65 required up front. I will use this business in the future and also recommend their professional services.

So very pleased with the service from Brooks, the owner of the Broken Apple , in Ocean Springs. He repaired a cracked screen of an IPhone which belonged to my out of town guest ----- on a Sunday afternoon, which was amazing ! He was quick, knowledgeable , and courteous .
