This is the best computer service I have ever received! My whole family goes here for any issue we have now. I built my new gaming tower with there help and its amazing. I have had it for about half a year now and no issues ever! Its fast and they even assembled it and got the parts. They sat down and explained to me (in words i would understand) what exactly each thing would do for my computer and what that cost would be. They were honest and would tell me if I needed or really didnt need something. My computer was built and ready in about a week and they even made a house call to set it up in my home for me. It was such friendly and great service I no longer go or talk to anyone else!

Great experience working with these folks! I am really impressed. The job was done in the time that said it would take, they did not charge me for a service charge because they did not find a problem (who does that anymore?) They loaded on some clean-up tools for me and I ended up buying a new mouse. That was the least I could do. I highly recommend this company! Very friendly and personalized service, they greeted me by name, when I stopped back. I will for sure recommend them and I will be back for other repairs of electronics when I need them.

Every time Ive done business with Byte Size over the past several years, Im amazed at the consistently excellent customer service I experience. From diagnosing and explaining whats ailing my computer, to fixing it in more than a reasonable amount of time, there is no room for complaint. On occasion I required in-home service, and that too was conducted efficiently, at a reasonable cost. The staff is knowledgeable and a joy to work with. I wont go anywhere else, simply because I cant imagine better service.

Had a dispute with Newegg. Got to the point I needed someone local in sales/repair to get involved and write a letter. Noone in town would touch this not Best buy, not Milwaukee PC, no one. ByteSize stepped up and even emailed me the letter I needed to win this dispute. I was worried they would need time and money to make a huge "assessment" and everything. They heard what I did, agreed, and had a letter to me free of charge in hours! Also I won my dispute. Definitely top on my list for PC stuff from now on!

Everything about my experience with ByteSize Solutions was pleasant. Their establishment is very clean and organized and the staff is very helpful. The work they did for me was efficient and I am very happy with their service and the final product. they know their stuff, and are very helpful and personable fellows. ive gotten several things from their east side store, and troubleshot some other stuff, and theyve been great. would heartily recommend them to anyone looking not to be sold heaps of stuff they dont need like they do at the likes of best buy (where they in large diont actually know what theyre doing anyway)

My computer stopped working recently. I took it in to be fixed, and they looked at it. Apparently the inside had gotten clogged with dust, and they removed said dust. I got it back a week later and it was working perfectly, and they didnt even charge me. Really friendly customer service, and all around great people. I would highly recommend them for computer issues.

Ive had two laptops overheating, one due to GPU and one the CPU. They fixed the graphics card for free by cleaning it out, no charge. The CPU problem only cost $40 and they completely cleaned it inside and out and put new heat gel on the sinks. They will get all my referrals and business from now on.
