If I could give him 5000 stars, I would. David was a godsend for our business. We had a complete computer crash, hard drive appeared to be beyond gone. David came (mind you, on the 4th of July weekend) to our place of business, confirmed things were bad but put us at ease and said he would do all he could to recover all of our client data. He took our computer with him, spent more of his holiday weekend doing what he could to restore our data and kept in touch with us the whole way. Today, he came back to our shop, installed a new computer/hard drive and ALL of our data which he was able to restore. To top it off, he was not trying to rake us over the coals with price. He actually was more than reasonable for the amount of time and effort he had to spend on our disaster. We cannot thank you enough David, you far exceeded our expectations.

I knocked my laptop off a 5 high shop workbench and it when straight onto the concrete. I though it was a lost cause. Dave quickly ran through a diagnostic checks, found the problem, and had a solution for me with a 2 day turnaround. He replaced the hard drive, loaded new updated operating software, and supplied a Microsoft office package for an unbeatable price. Very professional and great to work with, i will be seeing him for all my future needs!

This company is top notch! Elite PC Experts is the only IT Support company we use. Being a smaller organization, we do not have a full time IT Department. David from Elite acts not only as our Consultant but our hands on professional. Elite keeps our computers running smoothly, sends important information about internet safety, and is able to trouble shoot from a remote location. So glad that they are here for us!

Earned by confidence and trust by showing up ontime and solving my problems. My PC had been infected with some malware that resisted removal. David from Elite had it removed quickly and made a few quick changes to the PC to make it easier to access things. He answered questions I had and then charged a reasonable amount. I will certainly call them again for any future problems.
