The Gym is clean and for the most part it is in good shape. The management is friendly. Lots of normal people work out at the gym so there is no need for anyone to feel intimidated. The biggest drawback is the lack of space in the free weight area. If just a few people are in the area it feels over crowded. Besides for being a little small they have everything you need to get into or stay in shape.

Love my new gym, so happy I switched! The place is very clean, comfortable and fun. The staff is very helpful and polite. Great value for the price. Id recommend it to anyone.

Its rather small, there isnt a lot of equipment to work with and not really any good spaces to stretch. The bonus is, its 24/7
