I cant say enough about the Bloomington Arthur Murray. It has some of the most professional and talented instructors of any dance studio I have been in. The staff works very hard to create a safe learning environment. I was very awkward (or at least I felt that way) when I started, and I really appreciated how the more experienced dancers made me feel welcome and at ease while I started to learn the basics. I am so glad I started taking lessons- I just wish I hadnt waited so long. I am now rehabilitating a pretty serious injury (not dance-related) and I couldnt wait to get back to dancing. And I know that dancing has really helped to speed my recovery. I would recommend the studio very highly to everyone.

The Bloomington Arthur Murray Dance Studio is virtually our home away from home. Dancing first becomes a hobby, then a way of life. There is no day so trying or stressful that it fails to be improved by an hour or two of dancing. The students are among the most friendly and satisfied, and the teachers are among the most professional and patient. These instructors can teach ANYONE to dance! My wife and I have visited dance studios in many cities around the country in the last few years, and none of them have instructors nicer or better than ours. There are few things more enjoyable than dancing, and nowhere better to learn to dance than Bloomington Arthur Murray.

My wife and I decided to take introductory dance lessons in preparation for our daughters wedding. Our dance instructors made us feel very welcome and comfortable at the studio. We enjoyed the experience so much that we decided to continue taking lessons and have never regretted having done so. The staff is composed of men and women who are not only excellent dancers but, more importantly, are excellent teachers. Our fellow students are quite enjoyable to be around and many have become good friends over the years. Anyone who desires to learn dance and, as a bonus, expand their social circle should definitely check out Arthur Murrays Dance Studio.

A few nights ago I was dancing at the Bloomington Arthur Murray Dance Studio, again. I don’t believe I’d still be dancing had I taken an introductory class from another company in the area. The staff and students make this dance studio stand out from others. Instructors are well trained, varied in expertise, and make learning fun and successful. They welcome students regardless of talent and encourage them to learn at their own pace. I had little skill but saw the beauty of dance and was intrigued. I saw the challenge of dance and welcomed it.

As an educator myself, I appreciate the high quality of teaching that goes on at Arthur Murray in Bloomington. The teaching is first rate. You take both private and group lessons, and attend weekly parties and can also go to a number of other social events that include dancing. I never really danced before I started taking lessons. Even though Im a slow learner when it comes to dancing, I am surprised at how much I have learned.

Hubby and I stumbled in with our communal 4 left feet over 8 years ago and were still in love with learning new steps. The instructors are top notch and the social interaction with our fellow students is half the joy. We are grateful for all the doors that dance has opened up in our lives. After a hard day at work, Arthur Murray Bloomington is a great place to relax; especially on Thursdays. Their instructors are friendly and very knowledgeable. The other students are very encouraging to each other and are pleasant to be around. Since I started dancing, every aspect of my life has been impacted. I am more confident. I feel healthier. And I can dance! Thanks AM Bloomington, youre like family to me.

If youve ever wanted to learn to dance but thought, "I dont have a partner wholl learn with me, " or "Im not athletic enough," or "Im too shy," come to the Arthur Murray Bloomington studio and try their introductory offer. Youll find patient, caring, friendly teachers and a great community of fellow dance lovers wholl welcome you. You will be amazed how joyful and transformative dancing can be!

I bought a package of lessons as a birthday present for my wife two years ago. We have been very pleased with the nice variety of activities and learning opportunities, and even more so by the friendly and supportive staff! Highly recommended.

Not the place if you want to dance mostly with your sweetheart (i.e. it is the only time you have together without the little ones) without making a big commitment to private lessons.
