Buyer Beware! We had an absolutely terrible experience with this Pella office, who do not seem to care about customer service at all. We paid 50% of the total cost of our project upfront (a significant sum of money during hard times), and then waited... and waited.... When the door finally was installed, it was the wrong door. So then they had to start all over and order a new door. So we waited, and waited some more. Then, after a long time, they installed the correct door, but had forgotten to order the trim or install a lock. They came back to install a lock w/i a few days, but then we waited a few more months for the trim. Meanwhile, the door was unfinished and looked terrible on the inside and the outside. No one at that office seemed to care at all about our experience. Skip this South Bend area Pella office and buy your windows and doors from someone else.

My Salesman promised additional Pella key blanks for the new door we had installed. Once the $26,000, yes $26,000 windows and door was finished we never heard from Pella again. Dont they know its the little things that count.

We had 17 casements installed with the blinds inside. They are the best thing I have ever done to my home. Dave took care of everything and it was done on time and with no suprises. They are beautiful.

The person working there seemed very knowledgeable. But their website shows storm doors but they do not carry any.
