We were in the process of buying a home and had concerns about the Roof replaced by the Seller. MidSouth Construction came out and inspected it for us for free. They more or less confirmed that the Roof appeared to be covered with Shingles rated for 20 years yet they should have been warranted for 30 years. Furthermore they discovered that instead of having the old Shingles removed they were just roofed over. These issues were addressed and the Seller made an adjustment in the purchase price. Midsouth saved us about $10,000.00. As I already mentioned they came out for free and did our inspection. And they did it knowing that since a new Roof was already on the house there probably would not be any prospect of using them at the present time. Any company that would go to such lengths just to have a potential sale several years later is just amazing. There is no doubt that when the time comes for another Roof that Midsouth is the only company we will be contacting.

I just purchased my house a couple of months ago and was concerned that there had been a previous roof leak in the master bathroom. At the time of the purchase, I had a home inspection by a certified and bonded company. I was assured that the roof leak had been repaired and that the roof was in good shape. I was told by them that I didnt need a new roof and that mine, in fact, was in good shape. I was so impressed that they didnt try to sell me a new roof and just take my money. Had a wonderful experience with Jason Sterling and MidSouth Construction. My roof developed a leak and after researching a few roofing companies, I chose MidSouth Construction based on BBB’s A+ rating and great reviews. Jason Sterling came out and performed an inspection. The roof had sustained wind damage and needed to be replaced. I contacted my insurance company and filed a claim. Jason communicated directly with my insurance adjustor and this made the entire process seamless. Jason kept me informed on every step of the project. The crew was courteous and worked very hard. They did a great job and with cleanup at the end of the project. I am impressed with Jason’s professionalism and attention to detail. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company and will use them on future projects!!!

Mid South was referred to us by a friend. My retired Mother in law had substantial hail damage to her roof and was in need of help. I called Mid South and they actually arrived early. What really impressed me was that they sent a licensed insurance adjuster to look at the roof. After Mid South met on site with the adjuster from the insurance company we received the good news that a totally new roof and some gutter repair would be furnished and totally paid for by the insurance company. The owner of the company Austin Burton actually came to the job personally to check on the progress. We could not have been happier with the results. Everything was on time, done perfectly and everything was cleaned up after the job. Kudos to the team at Mid South Construction!

My neighborhood was hit by tornado on Nov. 29 2016 night. Jason dropped by the next day to offer me the service and I took it. The damage was significant and the cost for replacing the whole roof, exterior lights, garage doors, iron fence, pressure wash of windows, cleaning the yard & trees, and interior paint job reached ~$30k. All the works were concluded before the end of January 2017, through Christmas holiday and bad weather. The quality of work I received are excellent. The communication & response were instantaneously. Jason directly communicate with my insurance company so that the whole experience is absolutely pleasant to me. I would definitely use Jason again in my next project.

MidSouth Construction handled all the repairs to our home caused by a hail storm. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of Diana and Jeff when it came to assisting us in getting our repairs completed. They delivered what they promised. They even showed us that we were eligible for a Veterans discount. Their crew showed up when promised and did not leave until the job was complete. They were very careful with our landscaping and gardens when taking off the old roof. They also ran magnets at the end of the job to clean up any nails left in the lawn and gardens. In the end I would recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future for any of our contracting needs.

Austin and his team were awesome! Austin was in our neighborhood after a bad storm giving an estimate for another client and noticed that we had missing shingles from our roof. He stopped by and offered to look at the roof for us right on the spot. To our surprise, we had a lot damage. Austin walked us through the insurance process and worked with our insurance company. During this time, we were on our way to a scheduled vacation. When we returned, a new roof. His team did a great job with clean up. They replaced our roof a week ago. So far so good. Looks great!! Jason Crabtree is the person that handled our job from start to finish. Was a pleasure to deal with. Handled our insurance company better than I could have ever expected. Patiently walked us through every step of the process and answered all the questions we had. Followed thru on everything we talked about, then made sure we were satisfied with the job before leaving with his crew. Crew was also very courteous and polite. We really appreciate how great they were to work with and we are very, very pleased with the end result.

MidSouth Construction is great! I filled out a request for an inspection online and they got back to me within the hour. They came out to inspect my roof for hail damage the next day. The best thing about MidSouth is their honesty. They told me that the roof did not need replacement. Im sure other roofing companies would have said that the roof needed replaced just to make a sale, but MidSouth was honest and Im sure that will create more sales for them in the long run. Im definitely going to recommend them to my family/friends in the area!
