One of the shop guys was EXTREMELY unprofessional when dealing with my father when we picked up a gate we had ordered through the company. The promised hardware was NOT included as this guy kept saying, "it isnt on the work order." The salesman my dad worked with was not in the office, (Im assuming) so this could have been resolved. The shop guy was very resistant in helping as he snapped and started to holler. Such nasty behavior especially when I could hear him in the workshop while I was outside, trying to strap down the gate in my truck. He snapped at my dad saying things like, "you have no idea what youre talking about," "be quiet.. Im NOT finished" then he started to cuss, dropping the F word, GD and other expletives. He took forever to get the chain we had requested at the beginning of the order, and he again repeated right in front of me to my dad about how he had no idea what he was talking about. It was highly disrespectful, and Im sorely disappointed that Maury Fence Co would allow such a person to treat their customers in a poor fashion. I will NOT be using them for any future orders, nor will I encourage people to use their services. This issue NEEDS to be addressed, because this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life with ANY company.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I called last week because our gate was broken, they said they couldnt make it til thursday after the 4th of july. Today, friday, i called to check on what was the deal since i had not received a call or message. One guy called back and said it was someone else I had talked to. Later, another guy, who claimed to be the owner was clearly angry with me. "you call up here and wine and complain, we already fixed the damn fence" on another note "what are you crippled and cannot go see we already fixed it" At one point I said I usually get a call before or after or both, and I quote "I dont have time to babysit you people" Zero customer service! I will never call them again.

Maury Fence Co. does fine work, From the estimator to the installers. The estimate was to the point! no surprises! the installation crew was neat and quick when doing there job. They made sure that the cleaned up all the mess each day they left the site. We thought we may have an issue w/ codes on where the post were set, Maury Fence offered to move the fence post @ no extra charge. We ended up not having to do so., but they were willing to do so! Great customer service everytime you call the office. I would use & recommend this Company again & again.

We needed a fence for our new house and Maury Fence did a great job! Placement wasnt easy due to trees and water runoff along the property line. Evan came out and made sure it was placed where it wouldnt be washed away or harm our trees. Im very happy with the fencing and gate. I highly recommend this company!!

Awesome staff! The owner is very up front and honest. The secretary is SUPER nice and no matter how many times I called with questions, she never once got impatient! Best Value....if you want quality and value MAURY FENCE is the place!

Very poor installation. Post not anchored properly. Installers either poorly trained or didnt care what the fence looked like. I would definately not recommend or use again.

Never showed up on two occasions! They forget to put us on the schedule twice. Really put us in a bind! Have to look for someone else.
