Our original heating and cooling system was installed by Cooks. It lived long past what it should have. They checked on everything twice a year for 23 years. When our air stop performing they were called. All of the possible options were laid out for us. The best was to replace both air and heat at the same time. Everything was completely installed in one day. The guys, Tommy and Jay were both courteous and friendly. Tommy told me about how quiet the furnace would be compared to our old model. Well I just turned it on for the first time this year Oct 24, 2014. I had to check to see that I had done it properly because I didnt hear anything. So much silence, how refreshing, I hadnt realized how much noise the old unit had been making. Their service is always so quick and neat. I cant begin to consider ever having some other company in our home. Thanks for always being available.

Outstanding group of people! Troy & Brian-They were excellent technicians. Both were punctual, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about my furnace. Each question I asked was given a great response which put my mind at ease. I appreciate their efforts and will continue to use Cook Heating and Air in the future. Jay & Chris-They did a great job on the installation of ducts in my house and their repair work was exceptional. The job was completed in a timely fashion, and there wasnt a mess left behind. Angie-She is a great customer service representative, and I was very pleased with her coordinating abilities. Denny-He is a very honest and trustworthy owner. You can be sure that he will only repair whats needed and he wont try to sell unneeded services. Once he quotes you a price, he will always honor it.

Cook Heating/Air always does a wonderful job. Their technicians are always friendly, informative and work diligently. Todays visit was with Troy and Andrew, one training the other working as a team with a mission to serve their customer. When our AC was not working and I called the main line after hours. It was not long at all when I got a returned call from Garett, he was friendly, and assuring that "Cook" would come and look at the issue. And they did!!! This is the first review, I have done for Cook Heating and Air so I want to mention Tommy as well. Tommy has done our routine maintenance in the past and did a great job too. All technicians seem very knowledgeable and service oriented.

Just had Tommy H at our house to service our AC system. We had a different company install used equipment last year and when we tried to use the AC this years it didnt work. The other company came out and said the entire system needed to be replaced. We were ready to drop 3,000 for a whole new system. I wanted a second opinion and Im glad I did!! Tommy came out and within 20 minutes had a resolution to save our equipment and replace a part for just over $200. The air is working again and we couldnt be more thankful. I would fully recommend Cook and Tommy. From scheduling the appointment to resolution took less than 24 hrs. Thanks again!!

We have come to expect top notched - first rate service from Cook Heating & Air, and that is exactly what we received from our most recent semi-annual check up. Tom and Andrew demonstrated a high expertise and were efficient in checking all aspects of our heating/cooling systems and reporting their analysis and findings to us. And as is standard with them they were polite and considerate. We have entrusted our home comfort to Cook Heating & Air --- and we have total confidence that is what they provided. This company quoted $430 to add "up to 2lbs of R22" to my system. R22 prices have gone up to to diminishing supply due to govt. regulations, but $215/lb is simply outrageous. Their competitors completed the job for a fraction of this. Adding refrigerant and leak sealant is a short term fix, but when the 10 year old system needs replacing, Cook will not be getting my business. Based on my experience dealing with them, I would not recommend this company as they tried to gouge us on a repair. They will not be touching my HVAC system in the future.

Cooks installed our Geo Thermal unit a year ago in our new house, and they have always been very professional and courteous when working with us. Troy B has been our service tech since the installation and he always calls ahead to let us know when he will arrive, and he is always on time, very friendly, and professional. At our last service Troy had Andrew F. with him and he was also very friendly and professional. Its refreshing to work with a company that has such professional staff working for them. Well done Cooks.

Cook installed a hot water heater and air conditioner for us. Garrett came out initially to walk us through the work and discuss options. Mark and Jay did all of the installation work. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job installing everything. Garrett came back a few weeks later to make certain that everything was working well. He had a few more ideas on what we could further improve upon our system that we will be looking at during a later visit. I would highly recommend Cook Heating and Air.

Cook Heating and Air has cared for our heating and cooling systems for all of the 11 years we have owned this 150+ year old house. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Troy is frequently the technician that does the Spring and Fall service checks and he is consistently courteous in phoning ahead of his arrival, minimizing disruption, and cleaning up. Troy also knows his business and I trust him to properly work on the equipment and let me know if there are any problems present or ahead.

Tommy H did an amazing job repairing my furnace. He arrived shortly after calling and was very kind and respectful. I was given several options for fixing my furnace and he was able to fix it on the spot. While Tommy was repairing my furnace I mentioned that I needed my new gas log fireplace installed and he offered to install it for me before he left! My house is nice and toasty. I could not have asked for a better expereince! I will be calling Cook Heating and Air for every furnace and air repair I need.

Our air conditioner, a geothermal system, went out. We called Cook Heating and Air and Troy and Andrew came out the same day. They made a diagnosis, and unfortunately needed parts to fix it. We were told the parts would be in within three days, but they did not arrive on time due to being sent to the wrong place by the post office. When the parts came in, our system was fixed quickly and right on their estimate. The lesson here is not to have things you need quickly sent via the mail.

Cook Heating and Air is very reliable, professional and friendly. They let you know when they will arrive. The work is done with little interruption of our day and everything is checked before they leave. They also offer to check the safety alarms we have in our home and have put in batteries for us. They found one alarm not functioning and alerted us to the problem. We feel secure knowing Tommy has checked our furnace and air conditioning. We would highly recommend them.
