Purchased a new unit 6 years ago registered what I thought was the entire unit, found out the inside and the outside units have to be registered separately and they wont cover my inside unit which is down even though I registered my unit when purchased. Spent 3 days trying to resolve only to be told they wouldnt honor my original purchase registration because my inside serial number wasnt registered. My only options is to complain to the BBB. Complete lack of regard for the customer or understanding of the situation. Horrid follow through to customer satisfaction!

Omg this place is awesome. Everyone very friendly and I was able to drop and leave. Im picking up here tomorrow night so I hope the same ppl r working. Oh the only thing I can think is they need to put a light by road to see entrance better.

the equipment is great! I know a lot of friends that have HEIL and no problems. you will have problems if you dont have a good installation. I highly recommend the unit is exactly the same as CARRIER

Does not stand behind their product. Calls $1,600. Out of pocket WITH WARRANTY in 7 years on new HVAC unit standard wear and tear. Doesnt respond to customers when contacted.
