I’ve had some horrible experiences in the past with various contractors. L&L Contractors have been exceptional and, since it is difficult to find an honest, reliable, and proficient company with workers interested in the finished function and appearance, I felt others might benefit from my experiences with this contractor. L&L Contractors provided rock-solid estimates without trying to up-sale during the job. Their crews were punctual, professional in appearance and performance, arrived equipped with appropriate materials and tools, exceptionally proficient in the execution of their responsibilities, considerate and polite, and cleaned up behind themselves. Each worker appeared eager to do their best to please me. I also appreciated that, for each job, work was performed within the allocated time and was finished early. In 2013, L&L Contractors replaced my roof as a subcontractor. The only positive thing I can say about the company I contracted with was they introduced me to Mark Gilday and L&L Contractors. I was impressed with the overall beauty of their finished product and how clean they left the work area and paths; they even went over these areas numerous times with a magnet to pick up any stray nails. It has been two years since L&L Contractors replaced my roof. I am as happy today as I was two years ago when L&L Contractors replaced my roof. In September 2015, Mark Gilday and his crew at L&L Contractors installed fascia coil, ventilated vinyl on my soffits, and new gutters. While discussing the upcoming job, Mark Gilday provided some excellent options and improvements on my ideas. The craftsmen provided some creative options during the job, which were provided without any additional cost. L&L Contractors, collectively, took great pride in their workmanship and I was left with a visually appealing home with custom touches. If you want a hassle-free home improvement experience that is done right the first time, I highly recommend L&L Contractors.

I was referred to L&L Contractors by another company as the place to go since we had to replace a standard shingle roof, a rubber roof and also wanted install a metal roof on part of our home. The other company had also given Donnie Lester my number. Donnie called me personally and scheduled Mark Gilday, Project Manager to come out and look at what we needed. Ive been working with Mark ever since. Not only has Mark managed replacing our roof, but many other projects that have helped us update and make our 1960s ranch fit our style. Hes managed replacement of our gutters, fascia, cleaning the brick and repainting parts of the exterior, updating skylights, rebuilding our front porch and back deck. Mark is an experienced project manager, making sure that projects are scheduled in a timely manner, fitting all the teams together, and letting us know of and working out any schedule delays or potential issues. Our projects have run very smoothly. His teams are experienced and exhibit excellent workmanship, and they do a great job cleaning up. Mark is extremely knowledgeable of construction, process, and materials. Hes helped us think through many design decisions. He is detail oriented and ensures that projects are done well and to our satisfaction. He is also calm and personable and weve thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We recommend Mark Gilday and L & L Contractors without any reservations.

2017 review-We were very pleased with the kitchen renovation project L & L did for us in 2015. Therefore, we were more than happy to contact them for our next project. We hired them to complete an exterior home project for us that included new windows, gutters, downspouts, masonry work and shutters. As was our experience before, they did a wonderful job! We also had them paint our home office and it looks great as well. Brian Pike, Project Manager did another amazing job for us along with A.J., the paint, masonry and gutter crews. We appreciate Tammys help with getting our payments processed and making it very convenient for us. Everything looks great and we definitely will use L & L Contractors for any future projects. 2015 review-L & L contractors did a wonderful job on our kitchen renovation from beginning to end! Everyone involved in the renovation was very professional and great to work with. Brian Pike, Project Manager, did an amazing job of guiding us every step of the way and we truly appreciate him. We are also very thankful for the other employees we came in contact including Donnie Lester, Owner; Brian Gilday, General Manager; Tammy Wolaver, Office Manager; and Alex ,their Painter. We are very pleased with our dream kitchen and would not hesitate to use Brian and L & L Contractors again for future projects.

After using L&L Contractors to replace our shingle roof with metal, we had no hesitation calling on L&L to enlist their services after a fire broke out in our chimney. As a result we feel like our old log cabin home is new again! L&L took the time to make sure our project was done right and the way we wanted it. After our flammable fireplace problem, our project manager, Brian Pike, took extra care to make sure it would never happen again. Our new fireplace was constructed completely of non-flammable materials (which is hard to do in a log cabin!) with a new and improved substructure that will likely outlast the home! AJ and Brian made every effort to ensure we were happy with all of our color selections, from floor to ceiling. There were some bumps in the road along the way, as one could expect with a project of this magnitude, but Brian and AJ did everything necessary to meet those challenges and found viable solutions in the end. At the end of the day, we couldn’t imagine using anyone else on a project of this scale with the results we received. Thanks to Brian and AJ’s meticulous attention to detail we can now enjoy the comforts of our new-old home like never before! Theyre like family! Thank you L&L Contractors and crew!

This past winter we experienced significant damage from ice damming, etc. Our realtor recommended that we have L&L take a look at our roof and assess the damage. Mark Gilday with L&L came out and was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly honest. He put together an extremely through evaluation of our current roofing system and did a great job educating me on the areas that needed to be addressed. Upon his recommendation, we chose to do a complete roof replacement. Mark worked with us to select what product and system was most appropriate for our roof and our wants. I would say it would be putting it polite to say that my wife and I are "particular" and we really took our time settling on the special product and style - Mark was extremely patient throughout. The roof was complete without an issues and we are very pleased with the finished product, the installation, the follow up and communication, and the clean up. Lastly, I was very impressed that Mark and Donald (owner) came out for the final inspection. It was obvious to me that they take pride in their teams work and in doing the job right. Highly recommend.

Getting ready for my next project and looking online to get their number; if I can afford it and they bid close will absolutely use them again. New roof and a great roof over the 20 x 25 patio about three years ago. Mark Gilliday was our estimator and our project manager. On site most every day and the days he wasnt he called to let me know - plus I know enough about construction and code to be comfortable if he had to step away for a bit. When he initially bid he even put the CAD drawing out for us (ha even put in a shade line so we could see how it would fall). Made a GREAT suggestion on the roof line to add light and visibility. They were not the cheapest, but not high by much. Close enough to run with someone I felt comfortable with. This is the first time in my 30 years of owning several homes Ive ever let anyone do improvements - because I know how to do them and too many contractors out there do not. or if they do they wont do whats right. We are now getting closer to closing in the patio area for a 4 seasons sunroom and im about to call.
