Excellent! We interviewed several area construction contractors before deciding to hire Brent Ash to construct an enclosed porch on steroids. Brent is a professional and has more than 20 years experience building custom room additions of all kinds. His broad experience showed during our initial contact that included us discussing options and choices in the backyard to sitting down at our table and methodically going over everything. Never rushed. Our desire was to have a cathedral ceiling so trust and comfort (opening a large section of our roof!) was huge in our decision to hire. Result was our new back roof ridgeline was expertly built and resulted in a high gable ceiling that peaks at about 16 feet. Our new room measures approximately 14x23 feet and has 11 windows including a half-round window mounted high in the rooms center. Brent and his crew (Greg, Tim, and Zach) demolished an existing small concrete pad and stairs and set about installing 6x6 inch green treated posts installed at least 36 inches in the ground. Greg, crew leader, was extremely detailed and patient to ensure the posts were set properly. After several days, the framing of the sub-structure occurred and installing the 2x10 inch floor. We elected to install R-3 blue board insulation over the floor joists and that decision could be felt on our feet during first use on New Years Day. Nice! The sub-flooring was completed and framing of the porch began within couple workdays. Upon completion of the wall framing, Brent and his crew began the complex job of cutting into existing house roof and making tie-ins. He led the crew in constructing the gable roof using 2x6 inch roof rafters and 2x8 inch ridge beams. Brent spent most of his time over several days completing our roof and then installing ice and water shield membrane with felt. We chose to fully insulate our porch and Brent suggested using two base board heaters, with thermostats, to provide economical warmth. We are thrilled with the result as we have used our porch room during the cold teen days of early January. My wife and I really appreciate the great work done by Centennial. Brents employees are friendly and approachable to ask questions. Greg, Tim, and Zach compliment Brents expertise by providing there own high skills during a complex building project. Centennial does subcontract for electrical, and painting. Brent was easily reached for questions or concerns during all phases of our project.

I had a sun room added to my home in Carmel. Brent Ash at Centennial Construction is a true professional. Everything that he said his company would do was done on time. He was always available by phone and if for some reason he couldnt answer, he called back in a timely manner. His contractors were on time and very clean in everything they did. The HOA wanted to meet with him to go over specifications of the project and Brent was right there. He helped with the permitting and met the inspector at the project at each inspection. I am a real estate agent and will recommend Centennial with confidence for any projects my clients have in the future.

My wife and I hired Centennial to do outside home improvements to our house this fall. They did an excellent job installing a new front door, side door, new windows, and made necessary repairs to our cedar siding and soffits/fascia. Even more than the renovations they did, the guys were great to work with. Brent was upfront, honest and a joy to work with. He explained everything clearly and answered any and all questions we had during the process. Centennial stands behind their work, and we would and will definitely hire them again for future projects. You should too.

Did not call or show up for the appointment for the project estimate/first meeting. They may have been a great contractor or terrible, I dont know, because I didnt hire them. I will not recommend them, and I will not reach out to them to reschedule. A quick text or phone call about the cancellation for the meeting would have been appreciated.

They did an excellent job repairing my roof and rebuilding my chimney. Their price was fair, the work was done professionally, promptly and their cleanup afterwards was 100%. Most importantly, they were honest and didnt try to sell me any unnecessary repairs. When I need work done again, Ill call Centennial Construction/Rose Roofing.

Centennial screened in a porch matching exterior features of our home. On site workers were courteous and sought homeowners opinions when necessary. Inside and outside clean up was very good. We would recommend this company.
