Nice place but . . . It can be very frustrating sometimes for those of us who go to PF to actually work out. There are people that will simply sit on a piece of equipment doing nothing other than fooling with their phone. Those of us that go there to work out should not have to wait 15 minutes or more when equipment is being used as nothing more than a chair. Tonight a young lady sat on a piece of equipment I was waiting for. She never used it. When she got done on her phone she just walked away. Needs to be addressed.

Frustrated to learn that this location is not 24 hours on the weekends anymore. This being the best time for me to come in and workout, I will now have to go elsewhere, since they are now closing at 9-10 pm on Friday and Saturday. I understand that locations have different needs, but this no longer fits mine and I will be cancelling my membership, if I can get there while they are open.

I cancelled my membership months ago, and Im still getting charged. The manager or owner told me I was lying. Really? Im not complaining about the months I paid and neglected to use the gym. Im complaint about being charged after your employee told me I had successfully ended my membership. This place is a scam. Please google planet fitness scam before joining!

I love planet fitness. This gym has changed my life. Ive been going here everyday for 4 years. And then one night I pull in to go to the tanning bed and they were closed! Never in 4 years have they been closed. No warning or notice no signs posted or anything. Im very disappointed. I go to the new albany gym now.

I signed up with planet fitness 4 yrs ago because of the 24hr gym experience, until they changed the hours not too long ago, and no longer are they 24 hrs. Pretty upsetting!!!

Horrible customers service they charged my card when it was not supposed to be charged and over drafted my account to $90 and will do nothing about it

Good gym for fitness people. Not for weight lifters. Really sad I didnt walk it to see they dont have free weight bench and squats.

Super nice and clean but can not join with credit card. Must use an ACH not a fan of using bank account for automatic withdraws.

A decent gym. Inexpensive and not usually too crowded to get a workout in when you want to without waiting.
