If it wasnt for the after hours kiosk i would never use this branch. Called to find out what time they closed and was kept on hold for 15 minutes literally my entire travel time until i pulled in to the parking lot and walked to the counter at 4:31 to be told they close at 4:30. Would it really have been that complicated to answer a simple question?

I used their after hours kiosk to send a package and forgot to write the addressee name on the shipping label. I realized this only AFTER I put my package in the dropbox. I called the next day and the lady who helped me was very sweet and extremely helpful. She found my package and fixed my error. I was so thankful and relieved.

If I could stop Amazon from shipping things through USPS I would! They constantly screw up and misplace our packages or it takes 4-5 days for "prime" This place is a joke!
