John, I apologize for your passport experience at the Sellersburg post office. Im a city carrier in ScottsburgAustin and I have carried a few times in Sellersburg. Not knowing who "helped" you, I cant offer any insight into why you were treated badly. Even so... theres no excuse and Im truly sorry for the poor service. I hope youll give us a second chance and continue to use USPS.

I will usually go out of my way to visit this specific post office. They have normal business hours, the people work efficiently and politely, and I never feel rushed or forgotten. The facilities are kept clean and overall it has a small-town feel.

I have packages showing out for delivery on the USPS tracking site and and they dont show up for a day or two. It happens often. I dont know if its the post office or the tracking site but this is getting old really fast.

The folks at the Sellersburg Post Office are top shelf. They have gone out of the way to help set up out of state PO Box (Kelly - Thanks-so-much). To the Gentlemen setting up our Pass Ports! Great customer service.
