I went there as a first time customer and was shocked by the experience. I dont think Ive ever been to a salon where the hairdresser doesnt introduce themselves and avoids interaction with the customer (I can count the number of phrases spoken from the time I entered to the time I left on one hand). On the plus side, the hair cut was fine (better than some other places in town) and the hairdresser was willing to make an adjustment after finishing the cut. I dont know if its because I was a guy, but I didnt get my hair washed. I had even mentioned that while I washed my hair that day, I had pomade in it before getting started. While the hair cut was fine, I would have expected a better customer experience (interaction, wash, and style) for $15

My hair was supposed to be blue and black mixed. She tried to talk me out of it and did and ended up doing black on top blue in middle and black on bottom. The blue barely even came through at all. She said I can come back and get it touched up free of charge but still, I thought you were supposed to get it right the first time. Just disappointed. Hope she fixes it... Update: She tried to fix it free of charge and said she put permanent red and purple hair dye yet its gone within two weeks and my black part of my hair looks dull. She also was supposed to trim my hair and seems like she didnt at all. Complete waste of time and money. I could of done it better myself.

1. They talk so much that they can actually reduce effective work time to at least half 2. The wait time is too much, sometimes you will see frustrated customers walking out, losing patience after 1 hour 3. They will always keep saying, "Today we have less staff" , i wonder when was the staff right in number 4. Service by just a couple is good, others may mess up things :)
