Absolutely the worst cut I ever got in my life was achieved here, and thats counting the lady that shaved me bald when I had asked her to leave an inch on top. This was even worse than that. First off, Im not sure the girl who cut my hair had ever done it before. Clippers were yanking my hair, and she made no effort to correct the problem, even though I said ouch several times and told her what was happening. Even though she spent almost 45 minutes on a simple fade, I still left with crooked sideburns, an uneven front, and tons of itchy hair up and down my neck and back, because she kept going over the same areas multiple times, clipping off tiny bits that go everywhere and can only be removed with a shower. To top it all off, the 2 ladies that were working were as rude as could be. Ended up going to SportClips to get it fixed. I will absolutely never come back to this place, and probably never to another Fantastic Sams, for that matter. Wish I could give them a half star.

Worst haircut I have ever gotten!!! The so called stylist complained the whole time about not being able to get home. So in retaliation he gave me the worst haircut, hair is all uneven, nothing like we discussed prior to cut. This man needs his license pulled and find another profession.
