I get my hair highlighted at least every 4-6 months. I like heavy blonde THICKER highlights and jus a few brown lowlights so my hair still has some brown in it. But when I go here they dont do the thick like I want they ALWAYS do thin thin highlights. ( they always seem to do what they want or what they think looks best. Everyone is different and if Im paying $100+ I want you to do what I want in MY HAIR!) Desiray, Rhonda, and a couple others were the ones who always did mine! Yes there are very nice most of the time. My blonde never turns out a pretty light blonde color it ALWAYS turns out EXTREMELY EXTREMELY BRASSY! I found out its bc they dont match the blondes and they DONT BUT DEFINITELY NEED TO DO A TONER! I do like the smell of their shampoo and conditioner and a couple other products they have thats why i gave them 2 stars! I have gave this place multiple chances to try and get it rite to do what I want and it look good! Im So DISSAPOINTED With what ThEIR Job on my hair has looked like. Although highlights, lowlights and a cut is all Ive went there for its A LOT of money spent. That Im EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED ABOUT. BC I CANT AFFORD TO SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY FOR MY HAIR TO TURN OUT BRASSY AND ORANGEISH! I barely can afford to get my hair done at all! if you go there for anything else jus watch very closely and make sure they do it rite BEFORE YOU PAY! But if you get high or lowlights then MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT A ALL THE TIME REPEAT HAIR SALON FOR ME, YOU OR ANYONE WHO GETS HIGHLIGHTS DONE! 100+ IS A LOT OF MONEY. SO DNT WASTE YOURS!

I have been going to big hurry is fantastic Sams salons for about 25 years. I have very thick, straight blonde hair. I have gone through many, many styles during those years. I think theyre great! I will continue my service there. I have a few favorite stylists but I do think generally, they are all pretty good. And the prices are certainly fair.

I have got my hair cut at fantastic Sams many times. Mainly because its close, inexpensive, and I get nothing but a trim. I have long hair and today I wanted a cut with some style. The last time I was in the girl who cut my hair did well other than cutting one side shorter than the other

I went to get highlights put in my hair and my hair was totally ruined it looks tatally bleach blonde on top and tie die on the sides. Although they did refund my money..i got 3-4 inches cut before she highlighted it and now my hair is totally fried. Never go here

Awesome!!! Do you know how hard it is to find a stylist to do exactly what you want??? Took my daughter there today and showed the stylist, Sadie, what I wanted. She did it exactly like the picture. It was so cute. I would highly recommend Sadie. Thank you!

Love my new cut and color. More expensive doesnt mean better quality. I paid ALOT less at Fantastic Sams and got much better results!!!! Im dont with the snooty salons.
