HORRIBLE! Used a Groupon, it took more than a month to be seen. Most upsetting was that stylist, Kayla, did everything I told her NOT to do: I requested fewer highlights so as to retain more of the brunette, not to touch any of the length up front, and to have the ends layered/texturized. Somehow my hair ended up short, blond, and blunt. Furthermore, the highlights were crooked in the front, and I felt embarrassed to walk out of the salon but was told by Kayla to come back next weekend if I was still unsatified. This was when the real misery began. Kayla refused to return any of our phone calls, and we ended up driving 30 minutes north to speak to someone in person. Kayla happend to be there and informed us she would check her book and get back to us; however, that never happened either. Finally, when we called the salon manager, Kayla was forced to return our call but set up an appt that would not work with my schedule. When we followed up with the manager to inform her that Kayla would not return any subsequent calls to reschedule the appt, we were informed by the manager that we were not to speak with her anymore, to handle everything with Kaya directly, and that she felt bad for "chewing" Kayla out the first time around (WTF!?!). And so its been more than 2 weeks, and Kayla still wont return our calls; for whatever reason, the manager refuses to get involved; and I will have to spend the same amount of money to get my hair fixed by someone as the cost of the original Groupon. I absolutely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the Groupon as the customer service experience you will endure makes it more worthwhile to go to a reputable salon where they will promptly correct any mistakes and you do not have to wait a month or more to be seen.

I have been getting my hair done at Trends for over 2 years now and I always have a great experience. Everyone in there is friendly and the salon is always clean. Jessica does my hair and she does a great job! My hair grows in alot of weird directions and as a guy who keeps it short I have never really had it look right until she started cutting it. It seems like everyone that comes to her once comes back again. I would reccommend her highly.

Called on Wednesday wanting a Thursday evening appointment. Vicki was accommodating and got us in. She did a fantastic job as we requested 8 inches be cut off so we could donate the hair. She was so helpful and friendly and gave several suggestions. She did a fantastic job and spent time explaining styling ideas. We will definitely be going back to her in the future. Very reasonable pricing too!

Best salon in the Noblesville area. Everyone was very friendly. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Sandy was great. Very knowledgeable on current hairstyles and was not afraid to make suggestions on what would work best for me. I will definitely be going back.

I just needed a change & a cut. I was with megan. OMG! I will be going back. My roots were lighter than the rest of my hair and I decided on a red/violet color. My roots are now vibrant and it fades down to a deep red/violet.

In town for business. I walked in without an appointment. A wonderful stylist named Vicki gave me a perfect cut and style. The interior is clean, warm and inviting. Some great "me time " and a much needed pick-me-up.
