Turned away at 4:45, for a boys buzz cut, when the sign stated they were open until 5:00. No other customers where in the facility at the time and three stylists were standing there. I had called at 4:25 to ask what time they closed. She told me 5:00, but failed to mention they wouldnt be taking customers before closing. I wont be coming back!

Usually good service but have gone there multiple times requesting a color and they have denied me because they only had two staff and didnt want to cause a line. I called another store to see if this was protocol, and they said they were being lazy. Its happened 3 out of 5 times.

Asked the lady to use scissors for the top of my hair, wasnt paying attention and she did the whole thing with thinning shears. She didnt even trim my bangs with regular scissors. Nice building and somewhat kind people.

My children enjoy this place, just wish they paid attention to the mistakes they make while cutting hair.
