I have been a dedicated client since Ntouch opened a few years ago, and I really enjoy my regular services (hair, massage, facial, wax, etc.) For the past year, it has been very difficult to get an appointment, and I often have to book my next 3-4 appointments all at once which is difficult to do with a busy/hectic work schedule. Also, unlike any other salon I have been to, Ntouch requires a "pre-appointment" for color evaluation prior to scheduling a color appointment as a new client. This seems unnecessary as color (or cut) evaluation by a pro should take less than 5 minutes and should be scheduled as part of the color/cut appointment. Highly recommend this Aveda salon in Etown, but beware of often difficult scheduling issues and extra "pre-appointment" required before first color appointment.

I cannot explain how amazing this place is. I was welcomed by 3 different employees all of which offered me tea or ice water, then taken on a tour of the spa. I was referred by my coach and physician for IT Band & knee pain - didnt know they even had a spa! It was so clean and relaxing. My therapist came out and introduced herself then took me back into this killer room with triathlon and signed photos on the walls(all which she raced herself!) -She FIXED my knee pain with ART in ONE visit. Then had a pedicure - she has def worked on athletes because she helped my toenail look normal again from running! TOP notch employees, Beautiful & relaxing spa, and AFFORDABLE! you will think your in a big city- Im rescheduled for next week. OH YEA, they always offer post race massage for $50!

The building, the staff, the products, the treatment rooms etc are all by far the most professional, clean, and modern of anything in this area. I have had two facials and bought several Aveda products. It is not too pricey as some reviews state, it is very fair for the high quality and attention to excellence, you are paying for an excellent experience and the prices are much lower than similar Aveda spas I have visited elsewhere. They even offer flexible pricing based on times of day that you chose certain services. Also pleased with hours and availability of times for service later in the evenings etc. This really is by FAR the best salon and spa in this area. Reminder- they prefer cash for tipping so dont forget to bring some cash.

Enjoy every visit when I come for my massages. I love that I am greeted by my name as soon as I walk in. The staff at NTouch are friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Stacie has been my main massage therapist for a few years. She is an awesome & informative therapist! Stacie personalizes every visit to fit needs. When Stacie is not available, my next favorite therapist is Penny! I would highly recommend making an appointment and treat your body with a massage and other services offered.

My one hour facial was amazing. I called early in the morning and got in that day. Having a random day off from work on a Tuesday was a great idea. And the price was cheaper due to low businesses hours. The staff was friendly and professional. The hot cup of tea was very good. Washing my feet before my facial even started was very relaxing. The aroma therapy was a great experience. Overall I was very satisfied and relaxed after my appointment. I will return on a random day off.

The stylist in the salon know their stuff, but the customer service received is another matter. When you are there, theyre pretty attentive. However, every time I have called, the associates who answer the phones for appointments are less than friendly. I feel as though I am being talked down to or treated as an inconvenience. If you like Aveda and their products, go here. But if customer service is important to you, avoid NTouch.

Amazing experience. For the price to be comparable to other spas around town- the experience is not comparable at all. It will be the ONLY spa that I go to from here on out. It is an amazing business. I loved my massage room too! It was so inspirational to be in a room surrounded by ironman and triathalon medals and posters. In addition to an amazing spa- they truly do promote wellness. Love everything about this place !!

I have been a client at Ntouch for a couple of years now and I am sold! The staff is professional and highly trained. They provide the best possible service, not just for this area, but for anyplace. I have never had a problem booking multiple services on the same day, as long as I do so in advance. I have a monthly membership and will continue to be a customer for a long time to come!

Every time I walk through the doors at NTouch I am immediately more relaxed. Whether I am getting my hair cut & colored or a massage, I always receive excellent customer service. I have gone there regularly since the doors opened and I have NEVER had anything but a fabulous experience! Not to mention that they opened the door leading down a path of life changing yoga! I received a gift card from my wife for a massage. Schedule an appt with Penny. She was very good. I loved my massage. It was the best one I had in town. I recommend Penny. Great conversation and worked the areas that I listed on my sheet for special attention. My shoulder feels better. I schedule two more appts before I left. Thanks Penny!!

Great place, relaxing yet invigorating. My massage was wonderful. I enjoyed being able to pick the scent of oil she used and the foot soak was nice. I also bought the Aveda shampoo and conditioner and just love how it makes my hair feel and look. Staff was very nice and helpful. Try the tea if you go!

This is such a relaxing and enjoyable place to go. Every time I have been there I am greeted with a smile and energy that makes me smile and happy to go back time and time again. So happy we have a Spa in Elizabethtown. Maybe one day open a 2nd store in Radcliff.

Massage was really good! They do seem to be a little "pricey"...but, you get what you pay for. Getting into the salon coming from Radcliff is nearly impossible! Have to pass it and turn around and come back. Will be back for sure!
