I needed a haircut and I didnt know where to go. I ended up at supercuts becuse it was open later on a sunday than most places. The wait wasnt too bad. I get up to the chair and I brought pictures, I had about every angle of the cut. The stylist starts on my hair and I am hopeful that this time I will get my hair cut they way I want. My hair is thick so the cut I wanted was for thick hair, I have thicker hair than normal I have been told. It gets to the end of my cut and shes doing things that was not in the cut, then after the fact I get told my cut had to be modified. She did not ask me if it was ok to do this. I had no choice at this point, I had my hair cut short but still long layers because my hair is thick. It was not thinned out enough so now it poofs up. It is nohing like the pick. The bangs are suppose to be long and she cut them too short after I asked her to cut them a lil shorter than how she had them. What is the point of bringing in pictures if yet again they do what they want to do. I am sorry if they were busy and tired but dont be lazy about cutting hair. Look at the pic through out the hair cut to make sure. (which she did not). I dont know of she messed somehing up amd tried to play it off? Some product will help a lil wih the poffiness, I dont want my hair to look crusty. Needless to say I will not be going back atlaleast to her.

So I stop in to get a quick cut today and at first glance all looks well. So I pay for my haircut and get on my way. Well I get home and take a closer look in the mirror and wow. I have to say that I have never gotten a worse haircut in my life. So bad, I am going to have to shave my head to make it look right. A complete waste of 15 bucks. The stylists name was Kathy. The top of my hair looks chunky. There are missed spots all along the sides so my hair is various lengths and I find several spots that she completely missed. I expected more out of a place that promotes themselves so much. I feel like I got a cut from a first day stylists off the street. Another thing the owner of this salon should be aware of is the manner in which the employees talk about her and the salon. Everyone has their complaints with their job, but they should not be aired in front of customers. And one person was the manager of the salon who was "staying on until April 1 as manager to get a bonus". Your company represents itself very well online and promoting itself with the unique features that many on the go people like myself would like. But if this is what I can expect walking into one of your places, I most certainly will not go back and will advise other to stay away as well.

Walked in around 7:00 pm on a Thursday. No one to be found. The place smelled like an old bowling alley or bingo hall. Clearly someone was smoking in there. Had to leave, go home, and take a shower. Never going back.

They were able to take me right away as a walk in for a mens haircut. The haircut only lasted about 8 minutes and was great. Ive had a lot of compliments.
