This place did a great job on the repair. Unfortunately someone decided to remove my LED license plate bulbs. This would not have been a big deal but they replaced them with an inferior version that are now flickering. When they gave me the car back one of them was not even lit. I had to remove it and flip the bulb so the polarity was correct. On top of this they charged the insurance company $10 each for the bulbs. Again not a huge deal since I was not paying for the repairs, but the bulbs I had in worked when the car was dropped off and replacing them was not needed. The damage was not even near them. When I confronted them that the bulbs where not the same I was told they would not have removed them so they are the ones that I dropped the car off with. I then proceeded to show pictures I took before I dropped off the car. The gentleman was a bit taken back and requested I e-mail them to him and he assured me he would get to the bottom of it. 3 weeks later he has yet to return any of my e-mails. Beware of any aftermarket items you have on your car. They might just get swapped out.

My wife and I went to this church bros. location in greenwood, we were not greeted with the friendly staff we were told we would find there when we were searching on line for a auto body shop. But, we did get our estimate and was talking to inspection person there about how long the work would take and so on. I had noticed on line that this church bro location had two bad on line reviews and those were the only two reviews they had. ( all the other church bro locations had more and much better reviews). When I mentioned this to the inspector person, looking for a little reassurance as to the type of work we would receive, the man became unnecessarily offended, and explained how great church bros are how he didnt believe we seen such reviews, turned away from us and said since we complained he didnt want our work. The manager changed his mind for him, and said they did want the work, but I can not justify letting someone work on my vehicle that treated my wife and I with such disrespect.

The customer interaction here was fine, as the receptionists and mechanics were all nice people, however, the service that I did receive here was completely unsatisfactory. A part to fix a simple manual window had to be ordered from another site, and after two weeks from my initial visit, I had received no communication from Church Brothers about its arrival. Turns out, the part was sitting in a warehouse, already shipped to Indy, but it was forgotten and ignored. After finally making contact,a short apology, and bringing my vehicle in the next day to get worked on, it was discovered that the wrong part had my mistakenly ordered. The only remedy to this error was to order another generic replacement for the next day and another $10 for the next part. No communication, no effort, and no care.

Ive had major and minor work completed here. They did a bang up job (no pun intended) on the major work, but messed up the minor work. It wasnt a big deal and they made it right, but they failed to replace the rear bumper fascia when I pick up the vehicle. Its hard to trust people with your car and when they forget to put parts on, it subtracts from their credibility.

Front Desk was very personable and professional. The staff was friendly and helpful. They stayed in contact with me with updates on the repair of our vehicle and vehicle was completed when expected. I recommend Church Brothers and will use their services again if needed.

My repair job went exactly as planned. They got me in the next day for an estimate and my van was back 3 days before the expected return date! It was easy to keep up with the progress online, and everyone was very professional. All-in-all a great, painless experience!

A total bad experience. They are just wanting to get you in and out. Quality of workmanship sucks . Had my car there three times and still cant get it right .should have learned my lesson the first time I took a vehicle ther but I didnt ."NEVER AGAIN "
