Took my brand new car (500 miles) to Golden Chasis to have the passenger door fixed after someone hit me in the side. I was told the repairs would take 5 days so I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday with the expectation that I would have it back by Friday. They called on Friday and said the vehicle was done. Since they called so late in the day, I was already headed out of town so my wife stopped to pick up my car. She called me on her way home to tell me that the inside of my car was covered in a thick white chalky dust. When she got home she inspected the vehicle further only to find that the very bottom corner of the door had a scrape in it. Either they forgot to fix it or the detailer buffed the paint right off. Either way, the car had to go back that evening. Four days later (Tuesday) I happened to be driving by on my way to Lowes and I see my car sitting in the front parking lot. I called because I assumed my car was ready. WRONG! They hadnt even started the work yet! At this point I am besides myself as to what they have been doing. Thursday I get a call that my car is ready again and that they are going to have the inside detailed in order to remove all of the body shop dust that was caked everywhere. Thursday evening my wife and I head to Golden Chasis to pick up my car. I visually inspect the outside and everything seems ok and I peak my head inside and it appears to be somewhat clean. We leave to return the rental car and then come back to get my car. At this point they are closed but I already had the keys and we began driving home. This is when I discover that the air bag sensor (that we had discussed on several occasions) was not replaced. The air bag off light was on and there was a buzzing sound coming from the passenger seat. Friday, car goes back for a third time. At this point they are saying that the part wont be in until later that day and that they couldnt get my car finished until Monday or Tuesday. Whatever, just fix it. Tuesday rolls around and they call and say that the car is ready. 16 days later my car was finally fixed. Or so I thought. Today, I decided to detail and really clean the inside of the car. While cleaning the inside I found several areas where the inside door panels had deep scratches in them. I realize that I am being picky but the car was brand new inside when I took the car in. Lastly, As I was cleaning the rear seat area I noticed that the plastic rear panel was very loose and not tight to the window like the other side. After further investigation I realized that they had forgot to put the bolt back in that holds that panel in place. I went and bought my own bolt to replace the missing one because there was no way I was going back there. I would not recommend this body shop to my worst enemy. Look elsewhere !

I called the shop and informed them that my car had suffered damage to the rear suspension and/or rear subframe and could not be aligned to the manufacturer’s alignment specs. I asked if they would be able to troubleshoot it. They said yes, they could put the car on their rack and measure different points on the car and attempt to find the misalignment. What they did NOT tell me is that they only measure 3 pairs of points on the car, none of which are even near the rear subframe or rear suspension. Despite the fact that I specifically told them the car had issues at the rear of the car, they did not inform me that their procedure would be of no use in my situation. Instead of trying to rectify the matter, they kept trying to push me into taking the car to another shop that they clearly have a contract with. It appears they are just trying to make a quick buck off of what they thought was an unknowing customer. Waste of time and money.

My mother in law took her damaged Mitsubishi Endeavour in to them last Monday morning. They told her that it would take 6 days. She got it back Friday afternoon. I went over it with a fine-toothed comb. Looking in all of those places where the sloppy guys leave the job half done. It was absolutely perfect. They even fixed a minor problem with her door that I had been meaning to get to. Thanks for a job well done! My mother in law insisted that I say "Excellent!" She would give more than 5 starts if Google allowed it.

I dont recommend this shop....the boss is a real a**hole. Took my black car here didnt have one scratch on the beautiful show room paint job..got my car back and they washed it with a dirty rag and scratched the hell out of it now...boss said all black cars are like that we didnt do it....well Im sorry to tell u this but no your wrong if u take care of the paint that doesnt happen...after taking to me for 5 mins he just walked away and said we didnt do it...what a professional person....DONT GO HERE PICK ANY OTHER PLACE

I took my Lexus to Golden Chassis and was very impressed. All staff, from the receptionist to the mechanics, were incredibly professional and kind. They were up front about the damage and repair. I was able to witness their interaction with other customers and it was apparent that they were really interested in giving customers honest professional advice, no matter what. I definitely recommend them.

I went there with body shop problems and car was fine now I have mechanical problems Im having lots of unneeded stress and drama in my life Im close to not having a car at all and its a brand new not only for me but year theres is a lot more I want to say about this company but it involves untastful language I dont advise you go there but if you do may God be with your car

Had a friend back into my door with his hitch. They swapped the door, matched the metal flake paint like champs, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I would go back anytime and recommend them whenever I can. Great job!
