Brought my car here because the paint on the hood was faded. Took it to another body shop in Indianapolis prior to coming to Maaco, they estimated that the cost for ding removal, fixing a small rust spot, and a paint job would cost around $7,000, they recommended that I take the car to Maaco because it would be much cheaper. Went to Maaco the same day and met Kayla. Kayla was very helpful. She gave me a great price, and took me outside and showed me some of the other cars that had just been painted so that I could see examples of the quality of their work. I agreed to the estimate and made an appointment to drop off the car. A few days later they called and said it was done. I am very pleased with the work that was done. They say you get what you pay for, in this case, I got much more!! Thanks Maaco.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! Good turnaround time and decent work ... Returned my car back with headlight not working after being paid for the job in full.. Stood in lobby for hour waiting for the manager Ivan to get off phone to resolve the issue. All he could offer was me to leave the car and find another way to work after my rental has already been returned. Also was quoted and requested all new parts for a new door listed at $814. They bought a used door for $500 are you guys pocketing money on the side?? Not sure but definitely wont refer any business to this location....

Just to replace a rusted bumper. I was told it would take about two days. Got the estimate on 8/30/16 got the car back on 9/15/16. It was lie after lie about my vehicle. I was even called and said my vehicle was ready. My wife had to take off work early to take me to get my car, again it wasnt ready. The manager was no help. When I did get the car back the paint job was very poor, uneven, with dark spots bleeding through. The only reason I gave them one star is that I was just happy to get my transportation back.

Car wasnt finished when promised. Paint was still wet & tacky when I went to pick it up the first time. Did a sloppy job repainting it & kept telling me that I ONLY paid $1,000 dollars & shouldnt expect a showroom job. Hmmmmm.... Angel lied about everything he promised me here & I will NEVER do business with MAACO again. I filed a complaint & mailed a letter to their CEO so he can pay them a little visit.

Best Maaco ive seen in a long time the painter Wesley is awesome! Ivan is always going out of his way for costumers! Im the detailer and i love it there we have the best crew and our new member Jordan is awesome! I would recommend anyone to come try us out and im not just saying that because i work there! Oh and dont forget we got the best body man around my buddy Gabe!

HORRIBLE JOB! THE PAINT IS NOT SPRAYED EVENLY. TO THE POINT OF BEING DIFFERENT SHADES OF THE SAME COLOR AROUND THE TRUCK, SOME PLACES YOU CAN STILL SEE PRIMER. THE BOLTS WHERE LEFT LOOSE ON THE DOG HOUSE (THAT EXTRA WAS PAYED FOR THEM TO ALIGN) THE GAPS ARE AWFUL. THERE WAS NO EFFORT OR PRIDE OF WORKMANSHIP SHOWN ON THIS TRUCK. TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!

I took my 2012 Malibu in for some repairs to my bumpers and some dents in my hood. I was very happy with the work that was preformed on my car. I also want to say how professional Cal treated me, and kept me up to date. If I need any of their services in the future, I know where to go.

Quality service, quick turnaround and for a reasonable price. Only negative was they could have have cleaned the interior better after the job was complete. Overall, absolutely worth it and recommended.

Horrible. They did bad job on collision repair where parts fell off. After 2months and lots of run around still have no parts. Very unorganized and unprofessional.
