These guys really should get a 5-star rating... But my personal experience forces me to rate them lower. Their skill and ability to do collision repair is EXCELLENT. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. The quality and ability of their painting and paint color matching was FANTASTIC. The quality of the aftermarket parts they chose to use to complete my particular job, was HORRIBLE. (For my collision repair job, and for my personal experience) the aftermarket bumper they obtain was NOT an original manufacturer part. It was painted very well. It was installed evenly. But because it wasnt OEM, I had 1/2" - 3/4" gaps were there shouldnt be any at all (in the rim well). This does cause water issues when driving. I noticed the gap BEFORE picking up the vehicle. But nothing could be done on their end. My conclusion, if you are getting OEM parts, these guys are DEFINITELY your go to collision repair shop. They really are that good. But beware. If your repair doesnt get OEM parts, just be cautious about your results.
