Allstate recommended them after my accident. I was originally told May 2 as a completion date, 29 days out. It then turned into May 4. Then May 5. Then May 6. Then it jumped out to May 11. Altogether, it was 38 days for my car to be fixed. My insurance only paid $20 of my $24 car rental for the first 30 days. After that, I was on my own. I ended up having to pay over $300 for my car rental. I get my car back and the work itself is below average to poor. The back panel sticks out. The front looks equally as bad. But thats not even the worst part. I had a problem with my back tire. As I got in, I noted that the tire icon was activated on the dash. As an experienced driver, I know that sometimes when there are electrical issues or a battery is removed, these sensors sometimes need some road time before they go off. All of my radio station pre-sets were gone, so I assumed that was all it was. After all, I am just leaving the place that spent all that time taking care of my car. Come to find out, my tire was MISSING its pressure sensor. They had my car for 38 days and no one could figure that out. Thanks to them, I had to shell out another $135 to fix that. I was also displeased with the rude customer service I received. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone every time always had a negative tone. If I asked a basic question, she would sigh and answer with an attitude.

I had my car visit this body shop per my auto insurance companys recommendation (allstate). My car was not derivable and needed picked up, they were ready to pick it up whenever was best for my schedule, and called me when they were on their way and when they were there. The communication was really nice, they always kept me in the loop. They called when they said they would call, and they were finished with my car when they said it would be finished. The work was done really well, and you could tell they did as much as they could for me (i.e fixing something that wasnt relevant to the crash but including it in my insurance claim anyways). Their work also has a lifetime guarantee with it too. I will be returning here if i have ever have anything else that needs repairing!

The service was alright until they found out I wasnt going through my insurance and them they started jerking us around. Took my car in to be repaired, they couldnt fix it due to "staffing issue" and I could leave it there until they were able to get to it or come pick it up and bring it back when they were ready. When I called to let them know I was coming to pick my car up, the lady who answered the phone was rude and hung up on me. I picked my car up and never received a call stating when they could take it. When I called them, I was told I lost my spot in line and I had to schedule another appointment with the next appointment being 3 wks later. The worst service Ive received in a long time.

I am highly offended that you think me over the top and you have accused me of exaggerating what was still wrong. I was more than fair and gave you guys not one, not two, BUT three chances to get it right. You failed to do so. Fortunately, an expert has taken a look, and has agreed with my assessment. An apology, I do not want as it will be less than genuine. What I do want and expect is for you all to allow your shoddy work to be made right. You asked me to come here and give you a review. Well..here it is. I am keeping my promise. It would be wonderful if you would do the same.

Called to ask if they would do some minor touch up work if I did the prep on a high mileage 07 Escape. The receptionist interrupted me and refused in an incredibly rude and condescending way. Its fine if thats not something they want to do, but theyve made sure I wont be bringing in any of my more expensive vehicles either.

Great customer service. Job done on time. Car looks great. Made sure EVERYTHING was done properly as more damage was found once they started working on the car. Worked out everything with insurance company and made sure it was right. I HIGHLY recommend this place.
