After being rear ended at approx 40 mph in our Jeep Grand Cherokee, Abra repaired the damage but failed to inspect the whole vehicle for damage. It had to be returned a 2nd time. And even then, it was not repaired correctly. We had to take it to our Jeep dealership who said the rear panel was not installed properly (all 8 nuts not installed). Fender flares were not properly installed either...Abra did not remove them to repair the front end and attempted to glue them back in-place. A balance and alignment was also not done so we had to buy 2 new tires after the front tires went bald in just a few weeks from the alignment being so out of whack and there being a terrible vibration at higher speeds. Very disappointing.

I brought my truck in immediately after an accident. It took 3 weeks to determine that it was a total loss. This is highly unusual - repairs should take no more than a week, two at most. Determining a total should take 3 days. I spent $500 on a rental car during this time. They sent me $50 at least two months later with a machine printed stock thank you card that, "At Abra we do everything possible to make our companies happy. I hope weve done so in serving you." I spent five HUNDRED dollars on a rental. $50 is insulting.
