I am planning a 10 day visit to New York City, taking in theatre, art museums, and special sites. I called Allisonville AAA for assistance, and Jackie did a wonderful job of helping me schedule my round-trip flight, making suggestions, answering questions, and ultimately finalizing arrangements. We also discussed hotel accomodations and she again researched options, made suggestions, and was very helpful in our final arrangements. I found Jackie to be very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and wanting to be helpful. She was! Along with the security that the roadside service affords me, Im happy with the travel assistance that my membership gives me. Thanks to Jackie Im almost ready to give my regards to The Big Apple.........Carol Wharton

I had a new person the day I visitied. I was disappointed that the branch had no information concerning Disneyland in Anaheim, only Disney World. I was not able to purchase tickets or receive a map. This is the first time I have visited a AAA branch and not found what I was looking for.

If your a "AAA" member and live in this area its a good place to go for maps, luggage, pay membership, etc. However it does not do license plates or other DMV work. For that reason I would rate it 3 stars out of 5. For plate work go to College Park office.
