This is by far the worst moving company there is! The air force will never work with them again, and if our military cant work with them neither should you. The truck got here at 10 this morning and has just been sitting there for over an hour, no movers in sight. We called the company and of course no answer. Being a pcs move, its a liability issue if we were to move anything off the truck ourselves, so we are literally sitting here looking at our furniture in he truck. Moving from alaska to utah was 10 times easier and better executed than this train wreck from utah to illinois. What an awful company. Would give .01 stars. Update: they are officially blacklisted by the air force.

As the apartment manager I will never allow these people on my property again! Rude, unwilling to follow our property rules including no smoking. They were going to refuse to move my military family to their new location because I would not allow them to block my residents in and had them move 50 feet further down. The military should look again at using them. Our troops deserve better then rude, wimpy movers that have no common sense or respect.

Several of my friends and colleagues have used this company for their moving needs, and all of them rave about the service provided. I personally know one of their service team members, Scott Krenz, who happens to be a very dependable and honest guy. They can do anything from local moves to cross country moves.

Moving is stressful enough, lessen the burden and use someone like Scott Krenz at Red Ball to handle the logistics. Highly recommend for office moves or cross country residential moves. And if you are the HR person handling relocations for your company, Scott will make your life easier!

Absolutely horrible customer service. It has been nearly a month that Im waiting for my items to be delivered. They have changed the date of delivery several times and never notified me. When I call for an update, nobody knows anything or seems to care. Stay far away from this company.

Horrible!!! Once my stuff arrived I found my kids bedroom sets had been infested with bed bugs. Now I have to replace all my kids furniture for there rooms. Wherever they are storing or transporting our stuff in needs to ensure that it is properly sanitized.
