Absolutely the worse moving experience we have had since being in the military. We even have 2 overseas moves under our belt. Do NOT use this company. They have no regard for your furniture and will deny any claim of damage. We have before and after pictures from us and the moving companies that show clear damage and everything has been denied. They have zero organization or customer service. They get mad when you talk to the moving company directly who is able to give you clear information on where your stuff is within a move. No one in this company communicates with each other or their customers. Very disorganized and extremely unhappy with their service. As a military family we had no choice in the matter. I hope you do and choose not to use this company. We will now be dealing with the legal department to get a fair settlement for their lack of care for other peoples stuff.

Beware if your quoted a price for a move. If something gets damaged due to their sloppy moving practices see what they will pay for those damages. I was paid based on the weight of all items. What cost me $285 to get repaired they refunded me $12.00. According to them I agreed to weight per truck well I agreed to the price but had no idea I had any other choice. I picked them based on referral from Allied. Regret it. FYI - Allied packed and moved my house to a storage unit 500 miles. Denoyer moved my items from storage unit and a 1 hour drive. The movers placed my sewing machine on top of 2 large boxes in the hallway of the storage unit and proceeded to move a couch pass these boxes hence knocked the boxes and my machine fell to the cement floor. I guess I was lucky the electronics werent damaged that would have cost me a good 1000 to fix.

I called for an estimate, Greg showed up right when he said he would be there. The moving crew also showed up right when they said they would. they were fast and professional. I would definitely use Denoyer Bros again.
