Water heater installed incorrectly and 2 other companies verified the job wasnt done to code. When confronted they refused to make the changes or respond to the Better Business Bureau. They also installed my heater and in less than 2 years it is already having issues. I just placed a service call, with a different company, because it isnt working properly. The furnace also was installed poorly and the filters get jammed and are difficult to remove and install. This company is the worst customer service I have dealt with and this is the first google review Ive ever done because I read reviews and I wish I had read one like this before selecting them from Angies List. I cancelled my Angies List subscription because my experience with this company was so awful. The reply that I declined any offer is inacurate. I have 2 company documents stating the improper installation and their quotes to correct it. You denied any responsibility. Angies List also confirms you were unwilling to proceed and make things right. Angies List recommended I submit to Better Business Bureau which I did and I have in writing that you declined to respond to them, as well. The furnace, which is less than 2 years old, has broken down and I am currently paying more to fix these faulty jobs than I paid for the water heater and furnace to begin with. The lack of customer service and overall treatment of your customers was enough for me to write my first Google review in hopes that other people wont pay $ down the road to correct bad installations or receive poor customer service.

It went great! The inspector was courteous, punctual and professional. He took the extra time to make sure that I understood all the issues. He even advised me on how I could save money on my electrical bills. I received the original estimate electronically within a couple of days. When I asked to add minor items, it was not a problem. He came back to my home to discuss them. The estimate was finalized while he was here. In addition the office staff were courteous and friendly. They made sure that anything I need was promptly taken care of. Actual work is scheduled to be done soon.

The Efficient Systems tech came to my home twice; the first time to fix a sticking toilet handle/flushing mechanism, and the second to do a couple of minor bathroom repairs that I dont have the tools to do. Both times he was professional, courteous, friendly, and quick to solve the issues. During the first visit he did a complete audit of my plumbing. I felt comfortable after the first visit that the company is fair and professional which is why I called them back for the minor repairs. I think their pricing is very reasonable. I will use them in the future for plumbing issues.

Rickey arrived early (totally fine, much better than waiting until the end of the time frame) and worked quickly and efficiently to fix my issue. He was patient with us as we asked questions and gave us feedback on potentially getting a new system. I really appreciated Efficient Systems and Rickeys timeliness and professionalism. I will definitely be using them again and would recommend to anyone needing their services.

Our furnace was having multiple problems and it took Efficient Systems several times coming out and they also had to get the factory representative involved to finally solve the problems. They only charged me for part of the repairs and the biggest part they got covered by factory warranty. The owner of Efficient Systems also came out to be sure the job was completed right. I would highly recommend them for service. They stayed with the problem until it was resolved and made sure that we had heat.

Great company. I called to get a service call as my AC didnt work, of course on the first hot week of the year, they squeezed in a diagnostic call for the next day, basic 30 min appt. to figure out what was wrong and then were going to set up a service call when their busy schedule allowed. The Technician was polite and punctual and actually for the AC fixed in that 30 minute diagnostic call. Very happy with the service and wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
