Called Burtner Electric to fix Wall Timer problem. Got prompt attention and two electricians worked in our place identifying the issue (Timer Blew due to power cable cut in the street). The electriciansd worked, probably One hour +. My VBill was US$ 177 !!!!). They recommended me to buy e Wall Timer Unit to replace the one burned. I did buy the Wall Timer and called Burtner Electric to install the unit. A new couple of electricians showed up in a couple of days and, after reading the Timer manual and, after 45 minutes in a trial and error moder, installed the Timer ( Charge US$ 59). Timer did not work properly (No ON at dusk or OFF at dawn). Called Burtner to request that electricians come again to programme the Timer properly. Called few times and the final time I got a clerk, I was told that the OWNER dedided that if we need the elctricians to come back to program the Timer I will be charge ONE hour of labor. I have to call other electrician company to fix my Timer (Paid $ 45) and the programming was succesful. Burtner LOST a customer

They are great to work with, people are friendly, responsive and do great work on these large commercial jobs as well as residential. If I could give zero stars I would!!! Terrible customer service. Their invoices and estimates are very vague and they will not break things down when confronted with that fact. They dont even honor a warranty. They refuse to be held to clarity....like theres something they dont want you to know. Stay away!

Burtner Electric has a great team. They show up when they say they are going to, thoroughly investigate your issue, and then solve it. The staff is friendly and helpful, both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend Burtner Electric!

scam not real electricians the wife answers the phone.. See photos. they charge 118 per hour and send fake "electricians". Buyer beware see ALL PHOTOS on Yelp before you use these people, very worst work I have ever seen

I have used other electrical companies before and have never been this satisfied. Rates are excellant. Electrican that was at my home was amazing. Was happy to do any work he could for the hour I paid for.

Worst customer service. Technicians do not carry phones and scheduling is not sensetive to working with the elderly and their unique needs.
