Made appt. yesterday and told the gal i read on there website they do free estimates. So I set an Appt. time 8:00 am - 8:15 am the next day . Guy shows up at 8:45 am. I tell him my issue he starts to get his volt meter out and I state show how much are we looking at to fix. He says they dont do estimates its diagnostics which they will charge immediately. I explain what was said to the gal yesterday on the phone and he said we dont do that. He went and called (Jerry) and Jerry said no they dont give free estimates so he left . Needless to say thats what I get for trying to keep the business in Franklin.

Originally I left a bad review on here for this company, since then we have spoken and they are being helpful in this process so I am correcting this review. The issues we were having were miss communication. Once this whole issue is taken care of I will leave a complete and proper review. Want to say that are nice in helping get the issue corrected.

Yarnell Electric ran the both the electrical wiring and network cable at our place in Franklin. They did a great job and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
