Neills most recent project for us was installing a new hot water heater. We notified him of the problem at about 10 am on Saturday. He came and assessed the situation on Sunday, concluding that the current one was beyond repair. By Monday at noon the new water heater was installed! He is quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Other projects hes done for us include house painting, roof work, and bathroom repair. He will be working on cleaning up our yard next.
