Terrible business practices. Fixed my issue but I felt robbed. I asked him to come out for an estimate, he immediately started working on the problem and fixed it in 30 mins, then told me that he has a minimum fee of $140. I shook my head in disbelief and his response was that he has to come to his customers homes, they dont come to him. He lives 7 mins from my house. I expected some integrity and ethics given most people charge by the hour and have upfront stated policies. I guess Sanders is just not that way. At least tell me your "policy" before you start working.
