My air went out and with two large dogs in the house, things can very uncomfortable very quickly. I first called the company who installed my AC unit and in less than two minutes, their technition told me what part was going to need replacing and then quoted me the most insane labor cost I had ever heard of. Almost 1/2 of what the unit cost! So, we had used Hiller before in our home and they were fabulous. I called them to get a second opinion. Once Justin arrived, he had the cold air flowing in less than 5 minutes! He went out of his way to check all other parts that could have caused the blower motor to freeze up. Before leaving he went over any potential issues, what he was going to do to have the correct parts on hand for my unit, and he double checked before he left that the air was still flowing! I went from major financial and comfort panic to sitting in a cool home and feeling rest assured I had a wonderful service company that I will be a loyal customer to for many years to come! We had a leaky bathtub faucet and a couple of sinks that needed work. The first plumber Hiller sent unfortunately didnt do the job right. We called and reported the situation and a second plumber was sent. His name is Josh G. and he did an awesome job. He fixed everything and apologized for the poor job the first guy had done. People are people and mistakes are made. Its what a company does to rectify the bad situation that makes all the difference. Josh hit it out of the park! He was also extremely personable as well as professional and we loved having him in our home. While the first plumber told me about the Happy Hiller Club and encouraged it, Josh sold it. Thanks to Josh, we are happy to recommend Hiller, and we are definitely going to make use of the Happy Hiller Club. Update: On April 17, we had Hiller do a whole house electrical inspection and repair of 4 electrical receptacles. James Conner was the electrician and he did a great job. So glad no major problems were found and now the 4 outlets are working. Thanks James and Hiller.

We have used Hiller Plumbing in the past and when our water heater stopped producing hot water, we called them again. And like the first job they did for us, this service call and repair were top notch! The serviceman was polite and on time, examined the hot water heater and gave us the options we had for repairing or replacing. We chose to have it repaired. The serviceman had all equipment and parts for repair on his truck and began the work right away. He wore shoe protectors in the house to keep the floor clean, and was orderly and clean in his work. The water heater was repaired in a short time, thanks to the efficient and knowledgeable serviceman. The price was reasonable and parts and labor have a 3 year warranty. Should we need plumbing work in the future we will definitely use Hiller. We highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Called service technician. Came in 2 hours, find reverse valve need to be replaced and approximately price up to 3K. No warranty provided after replacement due to "obsolete unit" and "obsolete valve". After verification next day technician provided quote $499 just for labor, $360 for R22 recharging and $341 for reverse valve. So I decided to verify prices and asked advice online and find new valve for $106.5, Estimated labor up to 2 hours and coolant R22- $668 for 30 LBS when I need only about 6 lbs. I think to charge me $1209 a little to much even when outside is hot weather. It looks like some people doesnt feel a limit. This job could cost about $600 but not $1209 and without any warranty. Very disappointed.

I had an issue with my HVAC unit today. I was told that the technician would be at my house after 2 p.m. I heard a knock on my door before 12 noon. I opened the door and a clean cut well dressed gentleman was on the other side of my threshold. His name is Montel Woods!! He introduced himself and asked if his vehicle was parked in an ok spot, and it was. He told me that he was going to put on some covers on his shoes; it was raining so the gesture was much appreciated. He came in and told me that he was here to take care of my issue and within 15 minutes my unit working again. I am so grateful for Hiller and the services provided by Montel. Thanks for all that you do!

We have been a customer of Hiller for many years. Every call has been pleasant, courteous, and professional. You are always greeted with a happy sounding customer service associate. Every Hiller associate truly lives up to Hillers slogan. They do make it a happier day. Today was no exception. Jeffrey Kirby was here to perform our electric check. He took care of our concerns in a very thorough, professional, and polite manner. I would recommend Jeffrey and Hiller to anyone with electrical concerns. I would also recommend Hiller for all your plumbing and HVAC issues. I am thankful that we have these good folks in our area.

Montel was great!! He came to our home very quickly, we didnt have to wait very long for him at all. He was extremely respectful always saying yes maam and excuse me maam. He did his job and he did it very well. He made it easy for us to understand, showed us problems, and told us things we should avoid. His job performance was spectacular, but I also have to commend his personality. He was great in conversation and interaction with people and the many animals we have. If I have any more problems Ill definitely becoming to Hiller and Ill definitely be asking for Montel. I recommend everyone else do the same.

Came out promptly this morning. Extremely patient with my wife, the warranty company and myself (via the phone). Steve Mudd was the technicians name. Very knowledgeable about his craft extremely respectable of our home environment . He also relayed the information to all parties involved in laymans terms. Mr. Mudd represented his self and Hiller very well. I would definitely recommend and do business with this company again.

Had an issue with our thermostat, called Hiller to see if someone would be able to come in and take a look, this was the second time Montel came out and he is just awsome!! He arrived earlier than scheduled, he was very polite and explained everything quite well. He even went ahead and did our tune up while he was here. I highly recommend anyone getting a tech out to take a look at their heating/cooling unit ask for Montel.

I am not a customer, but I had an encounter with one of the employees last Friday and I would just like to brag for a minute. My battery had died leaving me stranded on the side of the road. I looked in my review mirror and see a white van behind me. Long story short Mr Montel Woods saved the day for me. Thank you once again Sir for helping me out. Jeffrey Kirby had excellent customer service and did a wonderfull job on making sure our electrical issues were repaired properly and worked before leaving the residence. I had great experience with Hiller company each time i have used them. They would always come out on time when they said they would and are very prompt. Highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them in the future.
