OUTSTANDING Service!!!! -- I called early in the week and requested a quote to install a 50amp RV box. Annie took my info and John called me back within a hour to talk about the job. He asked me some technical questions about my main service panel. I called him back and provided the information and we immediately setup at time that Friday to inspect the panel and provide a quote. John was very professional with inspection of my service panel and immediately provided some options on how they could install the box. I chose one of the options and the job was worked into their busy schedule the following Monday morning at 8:00. John and the two technicians who have worked for 4 Seasons for many years arrived on time and finished early. I cant say enough - great price and great service. Very professional. I have lived in the area for over 21 years and this is the second time I have had 4 Seasons Electrical provide electrical service support. I would highly recommend them.

Concur with other reviews...RUDE and horrible engagement with a potential customer! Wow, how does this company get business!? After explaining that I wanted a simple inspection of one electrical outlet plug, he said he could not commit to an estimate. Then as I was explaining I have a full-time tenant and wanted him to contact her directly to work a mutually acceptable date/time, he rudely and abruptly cut me off and said something like "No, I am not going to waste my time running around after a tenant..." It was at that time I realized the credibility of the other negative views here on this companys customer service. I cut him off then and said, well, then I guess I am not interested anymore in your company and will look elsewhere." Does not deserve my business.

RUDE!!! I recently purchased a home and needed some of the electrical issues fixed which came up in the inspection report. Explained that to the man that answered the phone (assuming it was the owner) and he interrupted me and said "I dont get involved in real estate deals." I explained that we are no longer in a real estate deal and that I also wanted to get a quote on a kitchen remodel. He interrupted again and said "You obviously cant hear me. I. AM. NOT. INTERESTED. IN. YOUR. BUSINESS." He then hung up. I was in shock. How is this guy even still in business? The other 5 star reviews must either be relatives of the owner or employees because I cant imagine that this company could get 5 stars!

Highly recommend, the very BEST electrical service I have ever used! Annie was super nice, make my appointment, called to remind me the day before. Todd did my work, showed up on time and took care of two problems, he is very professional, very kind and polite. I will always call 4 Seasons Electrical to do my work. I just called to have them install a receptacle for a stove. The power line is already there, but they told me they wouldnt come out because we "dont have attic space". Really? Thats interesting because we were just in the attic last month. I guess they know my house better than I do! Super rude. Super obnoxious. I dont recommend them to anyone.

They came the same hour I called them I was really happy about how quick they responded to my call. I explained the Electriction what I needed and asked him his suggestions about what should we do and he replied sorry I cant do this and he walked out. I dont know made him leave as I was a paying customer but it was Very disrespectful !!!

They are the best ever. Trust me I know, I was married to an electrician for sixteen years. The customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs, also If they say they will be there by 9:00, you better be ready for them because they are the most prompt company I have ever dealt with.

Our experience with 4 Seasons was fantastic. They scheduled us in quickly. John was friendly and very helpful; he replaced a breaker, installed a ceiling fan, and checked electrical outlets that werent working. Fast, professional, and super-courteous electrician; I highly recommend them!
