Inconveniently located, poorly marked. I was told my package was available for pick up, but was not there when I drove 30 minutes (each way) to get it. There was a disoriented line out the door, as no one knew where they should be standing and the staff seemed indifferent at best as they nonchalantly discussed last weekends happenings. I was then told to call when I knew when I could return to pick up my package. When I called the only number I could find,(which is a national number, not for this location specifically) I received a message to call back later because they couldnt handle my call at the time. I just called again and received the same message. This really makes me appreciate UPS.

ZZZZZZZZZEEEEEERRRRRROOOOOOO STARS FEDEX SUCKS!!!! DIDNT EVEN PULL IN THE DRIVEWAY & NO NOTE ON THE DOOR! HAD TO CALL TO EVEN FIND OUT WHERE MY PACKAGE WAS (in which they could barley speak English)! So MUCH FOR 2-DAY SHIPPING! BUT YET THEYLL STILL CHARGE FOR 2-DAY! BS! PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED ON 5/4 SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE IT ON 5/6 NOW I WONT GET UNTIL THE 9th OR UNTIL I PICK UP, CLEAR ACROSS TOWN! LAZY, LAZY PEOPLE!! ZERO STARS CAUSE YOU CANT EVEN DO A JOB YOUR PAIED FOR! RIDICULOUS! DO NOT USE FEDEX! YOUR BETTER OFF USING USPS FOR SURE! DONT USE FEDEX WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! FU ILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!

I wish I could evaluate in tenths of stars. I promise I will never ship another FedEx package as long as I live. I called the call center they said to go pick up a package here and after an hour I was unable to do so management did not recoup my time management did not answer promptly management did not take it seriously. I promise everything I or my company sends will never be FedEx again Update two days later when I came to pick my package up on Monday morning it was already out forshipment when I was told it wouldve ready for pickup. She or ups or usps from now on.

I live in Greenfield, work full time, never home during the day. They supposedly left door tags. I have three teens, never saw any tags. I call to track package, instead of leaving locally at Fedex office, they want me to drive to Northside of Indy to pick up a package? My daughter paid $30 to have my mothers day gift shipped to me. I have two choices, drive to pick it up through Northside Indy traffic or change of address for $11. Sorry, I will never use Fed Ex, ever.. and trust me, everyone I know will hear about it.

I was able to pickup my package without a hiccup. Facility is not marked well and is tucked away. The customer center looks old and run down. Not a lot of guest parking, had to wait for a spot to open up. The customer service agent helping us was wearing old and tattered clothing. Cardboard boxes & shipping materials were way over priced. This facility just wasnt well thought out.

I had a package rushed to me between 8:30-12. However no one knocked nor left a door slip. I found out that I missed my package because of the tracking an hour later. When I went to go pick up the package at this location, they declined to give me the package.
