I walked in the line was back to the door and there was only one person working the counter. I counted the people in line and there were 10 ahead of me. A couple of people went then a person with several small packages stepped up the counter and each package had to be weighed and stamped, while 2 more people walked in behind me. At no time did the person at the counter ask for help from anyone else. All I needed to do was pick up a certified letter that my carrier refuses to get out of their vehicle and come to my door to let me sign for. It was 10:10 or so in the morning and I gave up and left because I had to get back home to care for my invalid father and recently injured husband. I fee that if you have more than 3-5 people in line there should be at least 2 or 3 people behind the counter working.

Yeah I hate this post office my home town there driver my mail would have been in my mailbox at 10 am. Your driver is slow the mail getting here at 4-5 thats ridiculous usually its between 12-1 if people are not living here return too sender goes back too that company people need to be held accountable when they dont change there mail here also someone who has not lived here in 3 to 4 years and you all been told this its your responsibility too find out where they are not the people who is getting there mail. Dumb Post Office!!!

Poor customer service with an extremely rude person at counter. Didnt know they were there to do us a favor....thought we were customers who may have questions and who may have money to spend. Rudeness to the 9 people in front of me and then to me is inexcusable. You have a job making good money dealing with the public. If you dont like it quit so that someone who wants to do the job right can have the position.

Never again. I will never again go back to this post office. On multiple times Ive tried to come to this post office to get something mailed or shipped and they always make me feel stupid about it. I tried to find the information I need on their web site, but its impossible. Im tried of feeling like an idiot because I dont know the post office like the back of my hand.

Not to happy with the mail carrier some of my mail got returned and should have been delivered to my address now I have to go to court cause of your mail carrier there saying it got returned undelivered if so that carrier needs fired. Our mail is always getting put in the wrong mailbox at Suburan Estates we are sick of it.

Spoke with Rob...Above and beyond my expectations. Inquiring upon priority shipment. Rob checked the status of my shipment AND placed a follow-up call to me with updated information on estimated arrival date and time. All information was spot on!

One of the least helpful post offices Ive ever been to. Only reason Ill ever go here again is to use the self-service kiosk and not have to deal with the lazy employees who will tell you anything to avoid having to do actual work..

There was a long line but no one was using the self-serve kiosk, so a nice gentleman came out and was walking people through the self-serve kiosk one by one showing them how to use it, saved me about 20 minutes!

I have to constantly go to this office to get my mail. They make me feel like its my fault why I am not getting my mail. I guess working for the post office means you can treat people anyway you want.

Crowded, slow and dismal. Its the average post office. Customer service is poor. Every time Ive been it seems the employees expect me to understand without trying to explain or help.
