My first haircut here last fall was a disaster. I was very disappointed because my roommates have had good experiences. I told the stylist I wanted to keep the shape but bring the layers shorter. She botched my haircut so badly that in places it was 2-3 inches shorter on one side than the other. I learned she was new. I received 2 complimentary appointments with the owner to try to fix my hair which I greatly appreciated. However, I had an appointment scheduled last week at 3pm and received an automated text at 1:30p that same day saying my appt had been cancelled! I called immediately and the staff said that the stylist should have already called me about canceling, but no one did. I have never had an appt cancelled via text, let alone less than 2 hours before an afternoon appointment. I understand she was sick and life happens, but this situation was handled unprofessionally.

After shopping around quite a bit, I love this gem! For me, its close to home and they are open 6 days a week - including late on weekdays which is perfect since I have a 8-5 job. The staff is extremely cheerful and are always going out of their way to help. The prices are a little higher, but the staff is extremely knowledgable. When I decided to go from blonde to auburn, my stylist was extremely excited, and I know it was her skills that made it look very natural! They also include "extras" with the service such as a mini-facial, foot soak, and hand and arm massage. I recommend them to everyone.

I usually dont write reviews but Im new to Indy and very picky about my hair. I had been going to the same lady for 6 years before I moved here. Jessica did my hair and did an amazing job. She started by asking me what I wanted and what my vision was for my hair. Then she explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She was fun and easy to talk to and I loved my hair when I walked out. I definitely will be going back!!

Zero pretense and they arent pushy with selling you stuff. My stylist, Mack, was amazing and led me through their process since it was my first time. I am generally and awkward mess but this place is so warm and inviting! Mini facial and neck massage as a part of the deal was very nice. I want to come here every week just for the facials! This place is perfect. Give it a shot! I cant wait to bring my mom here!

This salon is the best place I have gone too (and I have been too ALOT)! I have never come out of there unhappy. They really take their time and make sure you enjoy your experience. Even though they are more costly then most salons; they make sure you know the prices before you sit down in the chair. I would recommend this place to anyone! I will NEVER go anyplace else!

I recently had my hair cut and styled by Brenna, and it was AMAZING! My husband has been going to her for a couple of years now, and I recently made the change. She really listened to me and my thoughts, but took my ideas and elevated them to another level. I absolutely love my cut and style, and finally feel like I have a "real" look.
