I first found la Dolce Salon and Spa at a bridal show when planning for my recent wedding, and after my first appointment it was love at first...pedi. ;) While I didnt use them for wedding services, I have continued going there for manis and pedis, and have consistently been impressed! Their work is impeccable, they a grreat product-line, and their prices are reasonable enough for a frugalista like me. Crissy is a super talented nail technician! She is about as meticulous as they come. My favorite service is the express pedicure which currently runs $30 - which, to me, is a bargain considering I would pay that at any fast-paced fume-filled in & out type of nail salon. And at la Dolce the atmosphere is much more calming. Their huge massage chairs are appointed with leopard print pillows and copies of In-Style magazines are within arms reach. Their color selection is extensive, and they always have the latest OPI lines available. If a delicious pedicure isnt self-indulging enough, head on over to Flying Cupcake just a few stores down after your service, and youll really be in heaven. Im glad I bumped into the la Dolce gals at a bridal show, because I likely wouldnt have thought to pop into this salon on a drive-by. The storefront of la Dolce could use a little update. But trust me, that will be far from your mind while youre soaking your tootsies in the tub inside!

I have never been more satisfied with a salon/spa than I am with La Dolce! I work in radio and TV in Indianapolis so its important for me to always look my best. Every one of their stylists is tremendously talented and truly care for their clients and take a personal interest in each of them. From the moment you walk in you are given a truly top-notch experience. The atmosphere is wonderful, comfortable and fun! Colleen is always such a joy, and has put together a wonderful team who truly cover every aspect of beauty. I loved the eyelash extensions that I had done, and I get SO MANY compliments on my eyebrows thanks to the permanent makeup artistry by Kara. And my hair stylist, Rocelia, is just fantastic. She always makes sure that I leave looking my best and with the exact look that I wanted. When my friend, a former Miss Indiana, was preparing for another pageant I converted her from her old salon to La Dolce. She came to see Ro, and she loved how precise she was and a true perfectionist with her work. She said that shed never looked better, and neither have I! I know that La Dolce played a huge role in helping us look our best.

Just wasted $90!!! My friend and I went to get 2 FULL sets of Axxium Gel Nails....they were the WORST ever. Within hours they were lifting and peeling completely off. To make matters worse, the owners did NOT care, would not give our money back and kept insisting that we UNDERPAID! Natalie quoted us prior to our appt $45 per set, but after they fell off, the owners kept insisting that we should have paid $55 for the tips alone to be glued on (even though we didnt request tips vs. sculptured length) and then the $45 would have just been for the Axxium product....so bottom line (per the owners) we should have been charged $95 per set. This is outrageous! I want everyone to know do NOT get their nails done there. Im also filing a complaint with the better business bureau & disputing it with my credit card. We had to get 2 full sets done the next day somewhere else and she is absolutely the BEST! She even wanted to talk to the owners of Dolce to share her "professional expertise" and how shes never seen anything like this! So this is your warning...please save your $ and a major headache!

Tara is amazing! She is great at make up, extremely friendly and helpful. I booked my entire wedding party and paid for it and was very pleased with everyones looks. Ro did my hair and she is wonderful! She did it with easy and it looked gorgeous. My entire wedding party had hair and makeup and half of us had nails done as well. Everyone loved their look even my mother who usually doesnt like others to do her hair and or makeup. My two little girls, flowergirls, even had makeup and they loved that although it was very light and age appropriate they thought that was the coolest thing in the world. I was busy getting my hair and makeup, ect done while my two girls, 4 and 5, easily went with other friendly staff members to get their hair, makeup and nails done. They are usually very shy but I saw them both just talking up a storm to everyone. Very caring, kind enviroment. I love this salon and will be back and have already referred friends and family.

La Dolces Bridal team is FABULOUS! They brought 2 make up artists and 3 hair stylists to my parents house to prep my entire bridal party. They managed to get all 10 of us ready in under 3 hours! Everyone looked absolutely amazing. The hair styles were fun and whimsical and the make up was naturally enhancing. As the bride, they made me feel the most beautiful I have ever felt - and they did it in a way that made me still feel like myself. Tara works magic with her make up and Malia makes visions come to life with hair! I chose a different hairstyle the day of the wedding than what we had done for the trial, and Malia created the vision with ease, just with a few descriptions I gave her! Tara is one of the sweetest ladies and her passion for making her clients feel beautiful shines through. They are a dream team!!

Ro has been my stylist at La Dolce Salon for years. She really helped me fall in love with my own hair. Not only is she friendly and fashionable herself, but she is extremely knowledgeable about styles and hair care. Shes able to recommend products for my specific needs and give me a classic style that looks fabulous every time. Even years after my first visit I still get compliments! I can also speak highly of Dolces massage therapy services. A stressful time at work left me with some major back and neck strain. I quickly booked an appointment praying it would save me before a 6 hour flight. They were amazing! Since then, I booked 2 more massages with Michelle. She is very professional and provides such a calm, comfortable environment that leaves me totally restored! Thank you!

Ive just loved my experiences at La Dolce Salon & Spa in Carmel. I have never written a review for a business, but my experiences there have been so outstanding that I felt compelled to this time. They have taken such good care of me that I treated my Mom and my mother-in-law to various treatments there. The entire staff is very friendly, knowledgable, and, above all, good at what they do! I recommend Eva Harris for hair and Susan Merriman for massage. Susan will rock your world! Ive had manis and pedis there as well. Every single service has been well worth my time and money.

I went there and wanted a "bob hair style" they sent me to new/untrained stylist who pretty much did not know what she was doing. My haircut was so terrible that I had bid and pieces sticking out and when I met with my friends they were horrified. I called them and requested to re-do my hair cut. They agreed and re-did it but never offered a refund and never apologized. It was very visible how one side was longer than another and pieces of random hair were sticking out. I have photos from that time and my hair looked horrible. I will never go back ever.
