Ive had Thornton out for two jobs. Nate (the owner) came out a few years ago and repaired a leaking hot water heater feed. He did a great job, did it fast, and it hasnt been a problem in the 3 years since we had the repair done. I just recently had Dave out to fix a leaking toilet flange (probably broken by my GC on a recent home renovation, doh). He knocked it out quickly and with no fuss, and went above and beyond by fixing a few other issues with the toilet. All in all Im really pleased with Thornton and will have them back for more work as we update our house.
