My water heater started spewing water on a Monday afternoon so I called them for help. The girl who took down the information said "He will be there first thing in the morning." On Tuesday morning at 9:30 I called to see when they would be here. Her response was they will be here sometime today. I said so you telling me they would be here first thing in the morning was a lie. Her response was a long welllllllll. I cancelled them right then. If they can lie about the little things I would not trust them on anything.

So I have had LPH out for a couple of jobs to replace all my water lines in the house, to install a whole house filtration system, to replace all toilets in the house and lastly to replace the water main from meter to the house.....each time took a little time between weather and schedule, but the work has always been spot on and very well accomplished.
