Kevin worked on my desktop pc that needed a lot of care and cleaning. He told me 5-7 days to repair and clean spotless....I went in on the 13th day (Feb 1) after getting a voicemail that they had questions. They informed me my pc needed a new cpu cooler which I told them when I dropped it off; they said it would take them 7-10 days to get said cooler in. I got on amazon and got it 10 dollars cheaper direct from the manufacturer and the next day. They called me finally on Feb 2nd and said it was ready ans I told them I needed it done soon due to work as it had already been 2 weeks. So when I pick it up its still dirty, and disgusting. The only thing done was the hard drive was replaced and cloned. They charged me 180 bucks for that and took 15 days to do that work when they have a 6 day work week. Never in my life have I seen such incompetence. I only took this to them due to moving into a new home and not having the time to fix it myself. I will never go to that store again; nor will I recommend it to anyone I know. I asked for a refund, it was refused....we are fighting this with a charge back to the bank.

Blazing speeds, hardly. What I was promised in my contract has not been delivered over the past 1 yr and a half. I dont even get 1 Mb now! In other words my cell phone is faster. I was told that the owner would "turn up" my radio as a courtesy. I pay almost 50 dollars a month for something that isnt hardly any better than dial up. This is unacceptable!!! My internet access is worse than 93 percent of the nation. So skip Microdome and go with frontier you will be saving yourself 10 dollars a month and may actually be able to watch a YouTube video! I am tired of hearing a million different excuses for why this service is so subpar. Also, there is no 24 hour tech support, if there is an issue past 5 pm or on Sunday you must wait until the building opens. I so wanted to support a local business but alas the massive lag spikes and issues have driven me away. One unhappy customer, guess this is why you have to sign a 2 year contract?

I wanted to thank everyone at Microdome for making my experience a good one. I am not very tech savvy and has issues with my computer freezing up and shutting down on me. I spoke to Karen and she was very accomodating to my schedule. One thing that won me over was there was an additional repair needed and one of the guys, I forget the name but I think it may have been Norman , called to explain to me the issue and ask if it was ok to go ahead with the repair as it was going to cost a little more. That was appreciated as they are not about the money and friendly. Cant find that at the local Big Chains. I will be coming back.

Microdome was recommended by a friend of mine when I was looking for a new computer. I was tired of the cheap mass produced name brand computers full of bloatware. I needed something I could depend on to not have issues out of the box. The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel dumb by using a bunch of computer lingo I didnt understand. He gave me several options to find out exactly what I needed. I ended up getting a great system with dual monitors. I couldnt be happier with my purchase and havent had any issues yet. Very dependable computer and just what I wanted!

The staff at Microdome is very knowledgeable and helpful. My work has purchased all of our computers through Microdome, and personally I have purchased a Microsoft office pack through them. Andy especially has been very helpful to the company I work for. He has answered many many questions, and in a very timely manner. I have been places where if you dont understand the computer "lingo" they treat you like your not smart, this is not the case with Microdome. I would like to thank Microdome for their service. Microdome is a great asset to the Madison area!
